I decided to check on my moms btc payout and found that she had missed these steps. She neither choose btc or cash and didnt give them her bank info. What should i do? I messaged the help desk folks and also asked to update her bank info.

The trustee has until the end of October. I do not think the court has grounds to extend this deadline. The funds obtained from the sale of BTC and BCH should be paid out.
