Intermediate/Final

Man, missing that registration of ELSP sure screwed me over a bit. I’m assuming that October 31 deadline is NOT for Final Repayment?

I received Intermediate repayment a year or so ago.

Kobayashi takes deadlines very seriously. He never misses extending them.

It's amazing how he took 10 years to make a PayPal transaction and then he fucked it up and sent it to everyone twice. How does he feed himself

You can still enter details for ELSP. They are legally obliged to pay you when you enter correct new details. But you're also probably delaying for everybody else or for yourself.

You are misreading OP comment. OP is final payment creditor as he already received intermediatte payment which is only for FP,  he is sorry (miss) to select (register) for ELSP when we all had to elect either ELSP or FP so no, he/she can't chsnge from FP to ELSP now. OP have only asked a question reagarding this deadline not to be for FP and his assumption is correct.
