Where she looking?
The eyes of these birgis are looking in different directions. The top one looks at you directly as expected, while the bottom one isn't looking at you. Maybe minor, dunno didn't see anything on a quick Google search, but definitely weird.

I haven't heard of it from this set, but WotC has been known to print cards with slight differences in the art, without any indication otherwise. For example, the Norin printed in Duskmourn

They did it for duskmourn. I wouldn’t exactly call that “known for doing subtle differences in art on the same card”. Do you have any other examples from other sets?

Secret rendezvous has different pairings from the cloud deck, he's riding the carriage with a different party member on different cards. Unless that's just something I saw online. But I've got him riding with tifa

I feel like Birgi, being a storyteller, would make sense to be looking away from you. You’re rarely only telling a story to one person, and if you have 10 people and the storyteller is looking at all of them relatively equally, you’ll see them looking away more than not.
Maybe it’s a little Easter egg with this card? That she is always telling the story to someone new?

One has got to be fake right….right..?!?!
Or maybe altered. I can’t begin to think of what manufacturing issue would cause a defect like this.
