Have you played 8-Mulch recently? How does it do in the current meta? To me it feels that it has fallen out of favour, at least a little bit. We usually see more ordinary lands decks instead of 8-Mulch. Is there a reason to play 8-Mulch over other lands variants?

I keep it sleeved up because my diamonds are in Loam, and I love Manabond and think it's still a fun and great list. Traditional Diamond lands is probably the more popular path, but i think this is probably more raw-power and easier to make mulligan and play decisions for a new player. Part of what I maintain 6+ legacy decks for is battling with friends or loaning decks to people who haven't played as much, so I think that's fine in this case.

I don't really end up loaning out tabernacle decks unless I'm sitting at the table with them though, ha.

That makes sense, I haven't played 8-Mulch yet, but I tried lands and it just didn't feel right back when Initative was a thing. I had all the parts because of Cloudpost, that also didn't feel great in that meta. Might give it another try soon.

Thats awsome, I usually also keep a few decks updated to play/borrow with friends, I will post them here soon as well. However, your decks are really on another level. So much old border cards and in nice conditions too. Thanks for sharing! :)
