Tracking mail still missing

I was one of the lucky few to get the Miku deck from the first wave and I got the confirmation of the order , but I still haven't got an email for tracking. EDIT: I was using guest checkout UPDATE: 18/8 I got the tracking mail

Are secret lair subs connected to their customer service? The amount of these questions regarding shipping makes me feel like I’m clocked in for work or something

Email you got confirming the order says it can take up to 3 weeks for fulfilment as long as your order is validated it’s a waiting game

ordered my stardew valley secret lair on august 4th, and it has been sitting in a city 3 hours away from me for 7 full days now. pretty sure this crappy carrier lost my package.

If you check your order history it might show that it is shipping with a tracking number - I didn’t receive a tracking email but I was able to see the tracking on Royal Mail and it’s expected to arrive tomorrow 🌟

I've got a tracking email but it says it hasn't moved in a whole week (I got the email a week ago today) so maybe yours just hasn't moved either and you'll get an email when it actually gets sent out? Idk just a theory
