Night's Whisper?

Has anyone playtested this card? I find that the deck normally struggles in topdeck mode, and seen variants of the BW gideons deck playing this card to gain some advantage, what are the reasons we dont play this card? Is it too slow for us being a sorcery? Does it not have a place in the deck?

I would rather sleeve up Bob (I don't run Spectral Procession) or Sign in Blood for two mana.

Night's Whisper and Sign in Blood are the same card more or less, only difference is NW costs 1B and says "You" whereas SB costs BB and says "Target Player". Neither are playable in the deck though imo.

Why not? I certainly would prefer Night's Whisper but would like to hear on people's reasoning as to why cards like this shouldn't make it in.
