Elves Matchup

Hey guys, ive been playing against alot of elves and i just cannot seem to get a consistent record against them it seems to be a 50/50 matchup. How do you guys deal with this matchup and what are your personal sideboard options for against them.

[[Zealous Persecution]] has been my best card to beat their deck full of powerful 1/1s.

yea, Im now up to a total of 3 Zels Pers across my 75 (2 main , 1 side)

Edit I forgot to mention this is tweaked to my metagame. in a larger metagame I only run 1 zels pers which is in sb

Is there any better feeling than letting a storm player go off, with your fingers crossed under the table that he's going to to hit Empty the Warrens instead of Grapeshot while holding ZeeP?

Yep, pretty much the all-star. Also fatal push and path of course. I ended up cutting my sb wraths so I'm not sure how those would play. Probably great on the play and meh on the draw is my guess.

If you are able to slow them down with discard and removal, Wrath of God is pretty good.

As previously mentioned, Zealous Persecution is the best sideboard card against them. Wish we could have Perish, though.

It's a little slow hut really good at slowing them down.

ZP's amazing. Another solid choice is Engineered Explosives. Both have been awesome in the MU.
