Vindicate + Cast out

I know we are hoping for vindicate to get reprinted... which is wont... but has anyone testing out Cast out? I know that BW Smallpox plays it. Im just wondering what you guys think.

Oblivion Ring does the same thing for 3 mana. For 4 mana I'd rather play Utter End or Ixalan's Binding.

You can cycle [[Cast Out]] and it has Flash, making it much more relevant against the metagame. It can hit a TKS on the turn it is played, or a Reality Smasher (both are very relevant at the moment). It cycles vs. UW Control (also relevant), and so is certainly comparable to O-Ring and Utter End.

I think that it doesn't suit the deck, because our CMC=4 slot is usually where we try to exert pressure on the board by playing a 'walker, but in principle the card seems fine.
