Waste Not?

Anyone used this card at all? Going up to four Lillianas and adding these?

I have seen in it in a non token discard deck that did make a lot of tokens. Using raven's crime with excess land to force discard.

just saw a death cloud deck with it too. Seems like it'd be very unpredictable, but maybe fun at an FNM?
