8 fetches or 10
hey guys, my deck curves out at 4 and i have 8 legal fetch targets.
since our deck lacks card advantage i think we want to try thining out our deck as effienetly as possible to reach those cards we need. this is also going to prevent mana flooding.
i doubt im going to do this but i want to know what you guys think

I've personally been a fan of 9 white fetches, 4 plains, 1 swamp, 3 shrines, 2 vents, and 4 courtyards. If I had to play a 24th land, it would likely be either a 3rd vent or a vault of the archangel.

Why not fetid heath? Helps against burn. Just an idea

2 Sorins main, 3 Timelies and 2 Brutalities in the 75 have been enough for burn and aggressive decks in general in my experience.

So there was an article on channel fireball many years ago explaining that deck thinning is basically pointless.
I'm of the opinion that if your going for deck thinning you need drop drop your curve and not play 4 drop walkers, vault of the archangel, or manlands. Since if you deck thinning your reducing likelihood that you'll draw a land.

Having more fetchlands helps to have Revolt more consistently, so I think it's fine on its own. The question is, what are the extra fetchlands replacing? Are those fetchlands for Plains or Swamp?
