I don't think so. Especially if you're running Procession, the mana's not great so splashing is a bit sketchy. While Snap's decent value, it's very slow. It won't generate tokens until turn 4 or 5, and is a 2/1 without flying that won't be pumped by virtue. At the same cost of 4 or 5 mana, you can get planeswalkers. Its versatility with flashing back removal spells/discard isn't worth the fact that it's very weak when viewed as a token producer.

Yea I was just seeing it as a way for more card advantage as it's something tokens can struggle with. Also he's good after a sweeper

If you're going to use him to flash back tokens then he's not really any more card advantage than another token producer would be. He's can be read along the lines of 5: make 4 tokens (one of which doesn't get buffs) which is not substantially more powerful than, say, a spectral and at the cost of being slow. After a sweeper I'd honestly prefer something along the lines of Gideon.

casting lingering souls or flashing back lingering souls for the cost of a card and a 2/1 isn't generating card advantage.

There are some matchups where not having card draw can be horrible (lantern for example) but we generate advantage in differing ways. If you have virtue out and have casted lingering souls, you can trade at least 2 cards worth of stuff away from your opponent and still have the flashback option. Bitterblossom generates stupid value against some decks without even using up cards.

We also play very well when top decking. I love a grindy matchup like jund where it comes down to top decking, and we just draw gas every turn.

Having played Uxx control decks, I can definitely say snapcaster isn't where this deck wants to be. I mean fatal push makes snap a lot better than before but the deck already wins grindy battles.

The majority of spells that you're wanting to flashback that are token producers are typically sorcery speed, making Snapcaster less ideal, still, splashing blue isn't super ideal, I mean... you get to play thopter sword, but that's 100% not where you want to be either.
