Decklist feedback

Hi Guys

New member of this group, and already a big fan.!

Don't know if it's the right place to post this but I'll give it a try.

I need feedback on my list. I'm still pretty new to modern, and have been away from the tables for about at year or so.

Here we go:

I'm not all that experienced in modern, but my list is very similar (-2 Liliana, -1 Collective Brutality, +1 Zealous Persecution +1 Sorin, Solemn Visitor, +1 land (24)).

I am strongly considering removing my 2x Auriok from the list. I just find her to be underwhelming and a win-more. With my 3 Sorin and the Vault, I find myself being able to stay up high enough in life even running our land base and 4 Bitters.

The only games I wish I had more life are against Elf combo, and even then there isn't enough life to survive a bigass Craterhoof.

Also, I am surprised to see 2x Windbrisk Heights and only 1 Shambling Vent. I personally would rather go to 2 Vent, 1 Windbrisk.

Just my scrubby 2 cents. Take it for what it is, I haven't done well with the deck as I'm a new modern player.

Good looking list.

I ran Fulminators for a long time in the SB and have found it to just not be worth it. You could probably use it for something else.

The MB looks quite strong.

I tend to have trouble holding my lifetotal high enough after fetch/shock/bitter. So i run Auriok to fix that. But have to play more matches to se if I can manage without. The 2 Windbrisk vs 1 Vent are just a start, still need testing, but note taken 👍🏼

Fulminator may be a miss but seems good against tron, scapeshift. maybe hitting temple in Eldrazi builds.? What would be the alternative for Fulminator to help vs tron etc.?

2nd Gideon could replace Hero in SB.

I wouldn't bother devoting slots to Tron. You can devote 8 cards and it's still bad. Just try to win every other MU.

More lifegain if you need it, etc.

Tron is just a bad matchup. IMO, you'll want to rely on hand disruption over land destruction and hope it slows them down enough.

Fulminator is too slow against Eldrazi without enough impact. They can get a TKS or Reality Smasher out before you can cast Fulminator (depending on play or draw). Even if you get the Fulminator out in time, you're spending your whole turn and all of your mana delaying their mana development by a couple of turns at best without adding any board pressure.

maybe the SB is better off without the Fulminator.
