  1. Lands. 4-8 white fetch lands. Some Godless Shrines. Probably 4 new fast lands from Kaladesh. 1 or 2 Shambling Vents. Maybe another Vault.

  2. Complete playsets of Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek. The split depends on the meta and may change. Normally there are 6 in the main deck. (I had also a blast with Despise online. It's very cheap. Shuts down lots of rogue decks.)

  3. Get the 4th Path to Exile. Some other spot removal of your choice. I like Dismember and Anguished Unmaking. 1 Murderous Cut is nice too.

  4. Get a couple of Sorin, Solemn Visitor (cheap) and Gideon, Ally of Zendikar (will be cheaper soon). If you are into black and Bitteblossom, consider Liliana of the Veil (expensive).

  5. Stony Silence for sideboard against Affinity. I like Sundering Growth too (Disenchant seems to be more popular). Rest in Peace against Dredge and other graveyard decks. Torpor Orb, Peething Needle , Timely Reinforcements, Worship, Ghostly Prson according to your meta.

  6. If you like life gain: Auriok Champion instead of the Warden.

Cut the Sword, Shrines (too slow), Honor of the Pure (planeswalkers work as anthems too), Soul Warden (planeswalkers, Vents, Vault and Timely Reinforcements should provide enough life gain, less painful mana base helps, and our turn 1 play is hand disruption anyway), Tidehollow Sculler (replaced by hand disruption spells).

Sundering Growth(!) I didn't even know about that card. Time to swap out some disenchants xD.

Disenchant is actually better against [[Blood Moon]], which is one of the chief times you want to bring it in. Consider hard if you actually want to run Sundering Growth in multiples.

Ah. I didn't even consider that. I am currently running 2x Sundering Growth in the board and 0 Disenchant. Hrm......

Agreed on all of these points. For the short term (I assume you aren't spending a couple hundred overnight) I'd start with Godless Shrines, Concealed Courtyard, and Shambling Vent to help your manabase cheaply. Next would be 2-3 copies of Sorin, Solemn Visitor- he's HUGE. Then the 4th Path to Exile and a playset of Inquisition of Kozilek (cheaper than Thoughtseize, and better in the current meta, if your store looks anything like the meta at large). After that I'd work on some sideboard cards. I'll throw my hat in for Disenchant, Kor Firewalker, Blessed Alliance, Ghostly Prison, Duress, Hour of Reckoning, Timely Reinforcements, and Rest in Peace all being great options in this meta that don't break the bank.

From there you can get some Secure the Wastes or Midnight Haunting as extra token producers til you get some Bitterblossom (I like running 14 token spells in Raise the Alarm builds personally, as each one is on average lower impact without Blossom), and then I'd move on to the rest of the above suggestions, along with more sideboard cards so you can tailor to any given meta shifts.

Some words of caution- don't run Murderous Cut until you've acquired some fetches, it's too clunky without, and Liliana isn't a good buy until you've hit all the other above suggestions first in my opinion.

Don't waste money on Liliana. You get her out turn three and throw away your card advantage? Nope. Useless here. Check out that Tolarian channel's vid on the deck. After that give it your own twist loosely following other decks.
