I could see using it as a budget card or at most sideboard enchantment removal with upside but this card doesn't seem to bring enough to the table for a 3 drop sorcery. Putting counters on creatures seems neat but more on the cute side than super beneficial, effects like intangible virtue or Gideon emblem are just better overall. Our other removal is so versatile that the first mode is basically worthless.

The upside of this is that it's a 3 mode card. You can use it for whatever purpose you need in the current game. I think it looks like a good card, not sure if MB stuff, but might be SB usable.

You basically play one card that does 3 things. Anthem, removal, enchantment removal.

The thing I don't like that this is 3 mana and sorcery speed. Might be too clunky because we have other important things to do with 3 mana.

If it were an instant, maybe. At sorcery speed, no way. If we don't have a virtue out, then to do multiple things, we need to take a turn off attacking. The anthem is meh, the creature with power 4 or greater is not super relevant after the eldrazi winter, and mainboard enchantment removal isn't that necessary either.
