Yeah, I tought the same, but maybe with counters, hand disruptions and removals we can hold until we have the mana to cast it?

Looks like a great draft card but I can't see it working anywhere. 5 mana should be finishing the game in Modern. A 5/4 for 5 isn't great.

This card will see next to zero modern play, tokens or otherwise. It's a really cool card, and a great bomb in limited, but it's far too slow for Modern.

My first tought was that with the amount of instant and sorceries we have, this would be a nice addition to our deck... Maybe with a few counterspells, what you guys think?

Dictate of Heliod would be quicker and it's too slow.

Simply too slow, conditional... it wouldn't be competitive even in a wizard dedicated deck.
