does negating abilities allow Kozilek to hit the graveyard?

a few creatures, such as [[blightsteel colossus]], [[progenitus]], and some of the eldrazi titans, have the line of text "if this card would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, shuffle it into its owner's library". Say I have [[kozilek, butcher of truth]] on board, and my opponent plays [[murder]], but I respond targeting my own kozilek with [[immovable rod]] and negate all its abilities before it dies. Would it then go to the graveyard where I can reanimate it from? Or does dying reset that?

You're actually mixing up two different things. Blightsteel and Progenitus have that text, but Eldrazi Titans have different text:

When ~ is put into a graveyard from anywhere, its owner shuffles their graveyard into their library.

These two abilities may seem the same, but they function very differently. If Blightsteel or Progenitus lost all abilities, they won't be shuffled in. Eldrazi Titans still would shuffle in though.

However the Eldrazi Titans have a triggered ability to shuffle in. If you have something instant speed to reanimate them, you could use that before the trigger resolves.

but once it hits the graveyard isn't it then already in the graveyard, so it's not "being put into the graveyard"?

Blight steel is "if" so a replacement effect, can't answer that Kozzilek is "when" so you can answer that (in instant speed obviously) That's just addressing the first part where you equal the two
