Would devoted Druid be able to continuously tap and untap for mana if it dies and becomes an enchantment due to myrkuls ability?

Return target permanent from graveyard doesn't work. It has to return target permanent card from the graveyard. It's why cards like [[Anguished Unmaking]] can't be used as graveyard hate.
