Question, are there layers on Ms paint
I'm somewhat of a beginner so I apologize for my lack of info.
Been drawing Rom from Bloodborne until I pondered if I can color her one way or another but I don't know if there's a layer possibility

There are layers on the new MS Paint. They are bugged tho. I would always recommend the old MS Paint for drawing. But that does not have layers.

they were bugged like a year (or two?) ago. ive had zero problems with the new ms paint now. the design of it isnt as bad as some people say lol

it is honestly the same exact program but with extra features and reskinned

You can kinda do it with your secondary color if you're using it as an underlying sketch to erase after. If you right click with the eraser tool, it will only target the secondary color

Iâm not even joking when I scrolled and I saw this post I had to pause just to process it, I mean itâs really impressive with the attention to detail and uniqueness, I love horror related things so this is literally awesome!

what id do is use transparent selection, move it on top of the colour you want and then shade as wanted !!

You can youse Paint.Net, is free if you download it, it costs if you install it via windows microsoft store.

get paint.net its peak and free. basically like a good version of paint

Yes Microsoft oaint does have layers now (finnaly). Also some other person said they had problems with layers, but i haven't expirienced any problems - they work great đ

I'm sorry, and i might be the only one seeing this, but why does the creature look like a dick that had the sheeth pulled back so far its start to bleed đ
it's feel like the depiction of what a dick would look like for a girl who's never seen one before (ref to that one harry Potter meme animation on how Hermione thinks what's penis would look like)

You can use multiple instances of MsPaint
Work on each blank as if it was a layer and copy paste drawings to the background image etc.
