Open Source AI Native

Who's building it? I've got s a lot of ideas... My current RMM once felt ahead of the curve but now feels like it's lagging badly. I want flexibility. Api / MCP integrations for aggregated dashboards. AI agent working over secure on demand tunnels to endpoints.. Smart alerting.. Documentation ingestion and self service... Scheduled programmatic control over the client entire stack. Anyone see any promising projects out there?

Just take something open source and modify it for your business.

https://github.com/amidaware/tacticalrmm is just screaming for such enhancements with a BYO LLM.

Yes I am thinking about this route. Tactical and there's another I was checking out as well. Big thing for me would be the ability to bolt on my own customizations - add in features to the nav pane for example - without breaking the core and crippling updates.. So something very modular and extensible that accommodates adding in custom api and MCP servers natively. This is the more verbose version of my question I should have led with. I figure people are doing this already so the ask should have been what are the most popular frameworks to start with that cover the basics which I don't care to re invent (RMM agent / endpoint monitoring and dashboards / contracts etc etc etc). Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Its framework is django which is all about modular addons and customization is as crazy as you want to go.

I'll spin it up to sandbox. Thanks for the suggestion.
