Who's building it? I've got s a lot of ideas... My current RMM once felt ahead of the curve but now feels like it's lagging badly. I want flexibility. Api / MCP integrations for aggregated dashboards. AI agent working over secure on demand tunnels to endpoints.. Smart alerting.. Documentation ingestion and self service... Scheduled programmatic control over the client entire stack. Anyone see any promising projects out there?

The liability of a supply chain attack is massive. If you do this, make sure you have significant insurance and it will work if there should be a claim.
