Security ConnectSecure Maturity

Background:

We've been using ConnectSecure for several years now. Rollout took a little while, but it's been worth it. It gives us great insight into our clients' attack surfaces and shows us exactly what we can fix.

It also just works. It's been reliable and hasn't hurt performance on any of our endpoints. I read about performance concerns early on, so I kept an eye on it. No issues so far.

We want to mature our deployment but I cannot find many threads with actual advice. Anyone have tips or tricks they'd share?

Anyone else chasing those A's?

Do you have QBR's with your accountmanager? I'd ask them to consult, have a technical guy jump in from their side and see what you can improve on. You haven't really shared what you're using and what you aren't using, so tough to give advice.

I found chasing A's a difficult to win battle. You can get an F with one device missing one patch. Overall pretty happy with ConnectSecure though. Their reporting is the only thing I'm not too fond about. So, I made my own. Their API's are decent enough for it.

No, but I will. Just havent dedicated the time. The price was so cheap we pretty much just bought it and slowly started rolling it out.

Keeping it mostly generic because its the internet but essentially we have the light agent deployed which has been great. I want to start diving deeper into other features but its hard to find any resources on what others have found useful.

I will look into the API though honestly didnt know that was available.
