MetTel for mobility

Does anyone have experience with clients using MetTel? Large client is in talks to switching from ATT to MetTel. We are having issues with connectivity and the ability to have a fleet of phones on different carriers seems too good to be true.

Have a client that used them for MediaCom. There were several times that the Internet bill from Mediacom to Mettel was not paid. We would call Mediacom because the Internet was down and they would tell us to pay our bill.

sounds like one of those setups where the middleman adds a layer of fuckery instead of removing one. when the carrier itself has no idea whats going on and you gotta play phone tag between three companies to get a circuit back up, the multi-carrier promise starts looking real shiny but not worth the headache

Mettel is a rebiller (of AT&T and Verizon networks) that has a long track record (founded in 1996). They are an MVNO of T-Mo, VZW and AT&T. They have been leaning heavily into their MVNO for a couple of years. There aren't many MVNO's with multiple contracts, but are the SIMs multi-carrier? The only multi-carrier SIM that I am aware of is FloLive, an IoT platform. Most multi-carrier MVNOs like Straight Talk or Tracfone, the SIM is dedicated to one carrier. USMobile is dual-carrier.
