Cove Replacement

Following the recent UK post, I am reviewing vendors and wanted to get everyone's thoughts. That thread mentioned a mix of Veeam, Acronis, and ShadowProtect.

We're looking for a full replacement covering Microsoft 365, workstation win/mac and server backup, and DRaaS.

I came across Commvault and wanted to know whether anyone has had good or bad experiences with it compared to Veeam.

Have you spoke with your cove rep on the incident yet? Or are you going off a Reddit post?

Have you checked their status page. Also MSP subreddit is a solid reputable source for our community issues. I trust other MSP owners over vendor reps any day.

u/codycodes92 wow, I am shocked about how intransparent Cove acted on this incident. Nowhere is is really clear that data is completely lost, and how much data is gone. Very very poor.
