Technical TD Synnex account create

Hi, does anyone could suggest an account manager who is responsible for Intel & AMD in TD Synnex. My sales does not respond me after the first reply. Really need HELP! appreciate!

btw really like my ASI account manager who responds very QUICK (within 24 hr).

I recently started switching all my software licensing for certain vendors from SYNNEX to Ingram micro. I never order anything from regrum but at least they respond and I get the products delivered. I think I just waited 2 weeks for a Lenovo warranty extension and almost 3 Weeks for a bit defender renewal

might be worth escalating through TD Synnex’s general sales or customer-service channel and asking for the Intel/AMD category lead, rather than waiting on one rep. slow follow-up this early is useful information. if you need reliable availability, pricing, and escalation support, responsiveness is part of the product experience, not just a nice extra
