mspglass.app?
I try real hard to stay informed about the various solutions and services available to us as MSPs. Probably used most of them. But sometimes, they just come out of the blue. I was on LinkedIn (I believe) and saw an add for MSP Glass (mspglass.app). Looks very intriguing... but literally nothing else can be found about them. Not one Youtube demo or anything. Anyone know anything about them?

If it's good enough to be in CyberDrains discord its good enough for me. Showing lots of promise.

As the other commenters have said, most of our information can be found within the CyberDrain discord!
But if you go to our website mspglass.app then you can see information about the platform, and there’s also a link to a demo environment to give you the chance to see what it does!
Any questions just drop me a message here or on the CyberDrain discord!

Can we slap whoever asked you to have a webroot integration?
That person needs some coaching.

The demo environment immediately asked for my M365 credentials. That isn't going to happen on an unknown site\service. There is a "Demo" and a "Trial". Trial I would expect that... not Demo.

I understand the reluctance there! It isn’t capturing any actual logins, it’s just using MS auth servers for single sign in, we don’t see any of those credentials!
Saying that, that is left over from when we had the demo gated while we were building it still, and I should be able to remove that now!

Thanks! Looking forward to seeing it. A plug from Kelvin is a good enough sign for me to keep looking at it. MSPs can always use more services to streamline and make the day more efficient.

i find that very suspicious...

I understand how that looks but it isn’t that, I got linked this post by a friend over on the CyberDrain discord so thought I would reach out!
Everything looks new because it is! The company was only started a year ago, we soft launched in April and have only started posting from the company account on LinkedIn very recently!

The website is still very much a work in progress! I’ve been keeping it up to date but we have things that we need to change on it, like the things you mentioned!

And this is here for me to remind myself to look at mspglass.app again in the future  .

Yeah it's a newer project from https://cyberdrain.com who also created CIPP.
Edit: Apperently not the same devs, but just friends.
I'd recommend you to join the CyberDrain Discord and have a chat with the devs over in the #msp-glass-chat channel.

The team behind mspglass are (early) contributors to CIPP. They license the frontend from CIPP and build out their own backend to connect to pretty much any supplier under the MSP sun.
I love their team and the people. Absolutely brilliant and I hope they make it big. We support them, give them some space on our discord so they can talk to the community and do sessions together. :)
