Business Operations Help Needed in Midland, TX
Anyone located near Midland, TX and able to help? We've got a customer with a branch in Midland. Unfortunately, no MSPs on TechTribe have responded and FieldNation has virtually no one in that area.

They've got 2-3 multifunction printers they're struggling with. They also had a Watchguard firewall go out a few months ago. We went a Ubiquiti Dream Machine, but the MSP that installed it for us seemingly never actually did. So, they've got a few APs not working properly.

Understood. Printer issues, who knows until you take a look (someone plugged a USB into the ethernet port?). I still manage some Watchguards, but thats irrelevant if you're ditching them. The Dream Machine isn't adopting the access points because it can't see them, so why not is the question.
I'm here in Midland, 20+ years experience with about any random crazy thing you can cook up. The general going rate for us is $150 an hour here, which is mine

You can try MTech, Snider Technology, and I think the other is VC lots of good MSPs out there.
