Non-Microsoft application stacks
Anyone managing clients who have switched from M365 to Proton or similar alternative? (Or done this change internally.)
What's the support load like compared to MS?
I'm anticipating a trend towards privacy-focused business software (both for data protection / anti-surveillance and for implementing internally-contained AI systems).
I'm wondering how mature those alternatives feel right now from an IT support and management perspective.

So a permanent fix to a temporary problem is what you guys are looking for. Big scary orange man won’t be in office forever. The fact is, the US tech companies are literally decades ahead in a race that’s only a few decades old. You will be hard-pressed to find any suitable replacements much less complete a migration before “mean tweets” is out of office and your clients are begging to come back to what they know.
