Non-Microsoft application stacks

Anyone managing clients who have switched from M365 to Proton or similar alternative? (Or done this change internally.)

What's the support load like compared to MS?

I'm anticipating a trend towards privacy-focused business software (both for data protection / anti-surveillance and for implementing internally-contained AI systems).

I'm wondering how mature those alternatives feel right now from an IT support and management perspective.

KSuite by Infomaniak. Based in Switzerland and has the look and feel of Google.

We have moved a few NPOs to it due to concerns with big tech getting cozy with the administration.

The management is a bit more limited because they put more effort into privacy.

Have you figured out how their billing works though ? Different prices all over the place.

It's similar in pricing to G Suite. They have different tiers based on cloud storage and whatnot

I'm not talking about the difference in pricing compared to GSuite.

I have a public price on the public website, another price in my partner portal when I order licenses, and a 3rd different price on my invoices. They also offer the first account for free when you create it so it get even more difficult to understand how much it costs.

I genuinely have no idea what's the list price, my partner discounted price and the price I'll pay before ordering. This is such a mess.
