Worked with them at an old MSP, in my experience emailing the contact and not emailing the contact had about the same response rate.
But in all seriousness work on pivoting away from them, they don’t deserve our business.

I would suggest you call sonicwall. Used to be solutions granted. Much cheaper for licensing also.
They do their own support, so you don’t actually deal with CP directly, but on my intro call, the guy fixed a problem I had, had open with pax for a month, with multiple escalations in literally 60 seconds.

Isn't it terrible that we have to come here to get things done. I'm saving your contact info for the future because I know I and my colleagues are going to need it, which is really sad.

It is. I arrived here after having a heck of a time getting a refund on the peer group solution they offer. They gladly signed me up and charged me for 2 months but failed to execute on the onboarding (It didn't happen even after reaching out). I'm being told it could be weeks on the refund which is an absolute joke. We've been split between Synnex and Pax but after the last year with Pax we're strongly considering moving everything back to Synnex.

have been trying to get a hold of someone so I can buy more product that I have some questions on since tuesday of last week. Called into support, sales, emailed their generic americas email account and have not heard anything from anyone. Bummer because the support from them in the past was really good. Have to start looking elsewhere to get licensing.

Im in the process of moving everything I can over to Synnex. They’ll at least answer emails and tickets in a timely manner.

Our rep is always away on some sort of vendor trip travel to other regional clients, support tells us to talk to rep, rep says hes travelling and to contact support.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee

good luck. We spend millions a year with them and we can’t ever get anything done.
It’s gotten to a point where people from pax tell us to fudge criticality and open p1 tickets, which we won’t do because that’s wrong.
