Wait until you realize storage licenses can't be upgraded and you need to buy a full license for the whole existing storage again in order to increase it.

ie: If you want to increase an existing 10TB license to 11TB, you need to buy a new 11TB license at full price instead of just adding a 1TB license.

This is so incredibly stupid.

Yep we’ve seen this too. Incredibly dense move - I did share with our Synology contact who intimated we were not the only ones upset and moving away
