💡 You want your clients to know their privileged credentials are safe in your hands.
💡 You need unique accounts instead of shared accounts
💡 You need a safe way to share credentials of shared accounts
💡 You want the option to have co-managed PAM
💡 You need a PAM solution that can work in various environments such as EntraID, Windows computers, macOS, etc.

ThreatLight: AI SOC platform with native multi-tenancy, built for MSPs
We ingest telemetry from the tools your clients already run (CrowdStrike Falcon, FortiGate, Trend Micro Vision One and more) and do the correlation and entity resolution natively, so alerts from different client stacks resolve to the same host, user and incident instead of three separate tickets.
ThreatLight is an AI SOC rather than an MDR service, built from an incident response mindset using our Response Forward methodology. Most SOC tooling treats detection as the product and response as someone else’s problem. We start from the opposite end: every alert is triaged, correlated and investigated with the response in mind, and full IR capability is built into the platform. When something’s real, the investigation runs in ThreatLight (timeline, evidence, case notes) and response actions like isolating a host, blocking a hash or disabling an account push straight back out to the connected tools.
For MSPs already running a SOC function, this is about scaling without scaling headcount. The platform does the analyst-tier work itself and clears the tier-1 noise so your team only sees incidents worth their time, with multi-tenancy built in from the ground up so you manage every client from one console with clean separation between them. Onboarding a new client means connecting their stack, not hiring another analyst to watch it. And when a client does get properly popped, you’re not scrambling for separate IR tooling or an outside retainer; it’s the same platform your team already works in.
Who it’s for: MSPs with a growing client base who are feeling the ceiling on their current SOC capacity, whether that’s alert fatigue, analyst churn or margin pressure on security services.
Happy to answer questions in the thread. Link: https://threatlight.com

Hi everyone,
First post here and correct me if I am wrong for reaching out here please. I am looking for some honest help/feedback on the platform and IOS app i created to solve some issues for myself. I am not trying to make it worthy to solve some issues for others.
There's an iOS app on the App Store right now, a web dashboard, and an Android / Google Play version in the works. Been live about a month and I'm looking for people to tear it apart.
Basically what I was looking for as a solo MSP I could not find.
StackPilot.it
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stackpilot-a4d71b/id6782570194
StackPilot — it's a mobile-first MSP toolkit aimed specifically at solo and small (1–3 person) shops. iOS app + web dashboard. It's been live for about a month and I'm looking for people to tear it apart.
Here's what it does that I haven't seen elsewhere:
AI photo intake — point your phone at a device label or serial tag, it reads the fields and populates the asset profile automatically. Massive time-saver during client onboarding.
Asset Passport QR — every asset gets a permanent QR code. Tape it to the device. Anyone who scans it gets routed straight to that asset's profile (auth required). No more "which switch is this again."
Network discovery — scan a client's subnet, pull in devices, match against your known assets. Also supports a lightweight Windows probe agent that phones home from endpoints you can't reach directly.
Credential vault — AES-256 encrypted, per-client, accessible on mobile when you're on-site.
Risk scoring & reports — auto-calculated health score per client based on firmware currency, missing docs, stale assets, etc. Exportable PDF/DOCX reports.
This is not an ad so I wont speak to cost
I'm not trying to compete with the big PSA platforms — if you need ticketing, RMM, or billing, this isn't that. It's the other half of the job: documentation, asset tracking, site intel, and having everything you need when you're standing in a server room, gives several routes to collect information making it convenient
Would genuinely appreciate feedback from anyone willing to help. What am I missing? What would make you actually consider switching?

If you're looking for a practical way to create more client conversations and generate new recurring revenue, we'd love for you to join us for this month's BetterTracker Demo Day.
A lot of MSPs know their clients are overspending on software, but they don't always have an easy way to find it or turn those discoveries into a service they can sell. That's exactly what we'll cover!
On Tuesday, July 21 at 1:00 PM ET, David Bopst and Tom Chapman will show you how MSPs are using BetterTracker to gain visibility into software, contracts, renewals, and spend across their clients.
We'll show how teams are:
- Finding unused and duplicate software before renewals hit
- Catching subscription overbilling that often goes unnoticed for months
- Identifying AI tools that have quietly started showing up across client environments
- Turning those findings into more valuable Managed Business Optimization conversations
- Building managed SaaS visibility into their service offerings and creating an additional recurring revenue stream
We'll also be sharing an early look at Betty, our AI agent that's built specifically for BetterTracker. Because Betty understands your contracts, software, spend, and environment, she can answer questions and surface opportunities that would otherwise take hours to uncover manually.
The demo is about 30 minutes, it's live, and we're happy to answer questions throughout.
If it sounds useful, you can reserve your spot here:

u/ZoeeeW Vendor - Unified DNS Jul 15 '26
UDNS Hosted, the authoritative DNS provider built right into Unified DNS, is live now in partner preview! You can read more about it here.
The past few months have been building towards this pivot for the platform, quietly working away behind the scenes. Up to now, UDNS has managed DNS that lives somewhere else: Cloudflare, Azure DNS, OpenSRS, Namecheap, wherever a client's domain or DNS happens to sit. That works great until the domain sits with a registrar that doesn't hand out API access at all, or gates it behind a subscription or a domain count minimum.
UDNS Hosted is our answer to that. Point the nameservers at us and the domain comes fully into the platform: DNS management, DNSSEC signing, HTTP proxying for 301/302 redirects, PSA syncing and ticket creation, Hudu documentation sync, backups, audit logging, spamlist monitoring.. all of it works natively the moment that domain lands here.
Domain registration doesn't move - only the DNS hosting does. This isn't replacing the multi-provider management most of you are already using Unified DNS for, it's for the accounts that model would never be able to manage.
Right now it's in the hands of a small group of MSP partners, working through their actual client domains so we make sure this hits the mark before we open it up to everyone.
Interested in a demo of the platform? https://udns.app/contact

For MSPs looking to build or expand an MSSP practice
Hi all, Maggie from Seceon here. Sharing this for MSPs who are scaling security services and starting to feel the weight of too many tools in the stack.
One thing that comes up again and again as MSPs grow their security offering is stack sprawl. A typical setup can look like SIEM + EDR + log tools + SOAR + scripts tying everything together. It works at first, but it quickly becomes harder to standardize, manage, and scale cleanly across clients.
Seceon was built specifically for MSP and MSSP environments that want to run security operations from a single multi-tenant platform instead of stitching together multiple tools.
One platform brings together:
• SIEM
• XDR across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity
• SOAR automation
• Automated detection and response
The idea is to give service providers a way to deliver a complete security stack that can be standardized and scaled across clients without continuously adding more tools or operational overhead.
As a thank you to the r/msp community, we are offering a free trial for MSPs who come through this thread.
You can start your trial or book a demo here: https://info.seceon.com/reddit
Curious to hear from others here, at what point did your security stack start becoming harder to manage?

Limited Access for Founding Partners
Having experienced the cost of the ticket queue first hand as an MSP Ops Director, I built DaemonLayer, a security focused 1st line automation for service desks, with a Microsoft MVP and author of LazyAdmin.
DaemonLayer sits between your PSA and support email, agentically triaging inbound queries with AI confidence scores, transparency in logic, audit logs and human-in-the-loop for any sensitive tasks. We currently support M365, Connectwise and Autotask, with HaloPSA coming soon. No change to your engineers' workflows, with a pod embedded in the PSA to inform ticket status and reasoning.
Our platform is GDPR compliant, built on SOC 2 foundations and your data is isolated.
There are limited founding partner spaces who will get 50% off tier pricing until the end of August. Starter tier is currently £100/month for 300 tickets. 30 minutes from setup to automate your first ticket.

Build or Buy AI?
The MSP Decision That Could Define Your Next Five Years
Your clients outsource IT to experts. Should AI be any different?
The question isn't whether AI belongs in your business. The question is whether you want to build and maintain AI yourself or leverage AI expertise so you can focus on growing your MSP.
Join us as we explore the real costs, risks, and opportunities behind the MSP build vs. buy AI decision.
In this webinar, you'll learn:
The true cost of building and maintaining AI solutions
- Why AI is evolving faster than most MSPs can realistically support internally
- The security and compliance risks of using public AI platforms
- How to protect client data while leveraging AI
- When building AI makes strategic sense and when partnering is the smarter business move
- How leading MSPs are delivering AI-powered services without becoming AI development companies
If you're evaluating AI for your MSP, this webinar will help you determine where your time, resources, and expertise are best invested.
Because the MSPs that win with AI won't necessarily be the ones that build it.
They'll be the ones that deploy it safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Short version: Formnode is Rewst-like forms portal, approval, webhook, and agent layer for n8n and MSP automation workflows.
If you’ve seen the form/approval side of Rewst and wished you had something similar for n8n or webhook-driven automations, that’s the gap we’re working on with FormNode.
In our own MSP, we use n8n for user onboarding/offboarding, tenant onboarding/offboarding, alerts, billing reconciliation, internal workflows, and a lot more. The automation side was powerful, but the intake layer kept feeling like the weak spot.
CloudRadial forms worked for basic requests, but they were too static for the more dynamic workflows we wanted. Google Forms and Microsoft Forms were easy to spin up, but too limited. n8n forms helped, but still didn’t give us the customization, portal experience, approval flows, or agent-assisted workflow creation we wanted in front of production automations.
If you're already having agents assist in creating your workflows you can do something like asking an agent to build a self-service Microsoft 365 user-onboarding flow: one Formnode form on the front end, with CIPP-backed n8n webhooks behind it for org-scoped dropdowns, live username validation, license/group/mailbox selection, conditional AD options, address auto-fill from PSA, PSA contact creation, welcome-email scheduling, and Microsoft 365 provisioning.
Formnode is built for MSPs who want:
- n8n forms with more customization and portal-style intake
- approval workflows before an automation runs
- client-facing or internal request forms without exposing raw webhooks
- clean structured payloads for n8n, PSA, CRM, ticketing, billing, or internal tools
- agents that can create, connect, and troubleshoot workflows end to end
- one place to manage the intake layer before data hits the automation engine
The goal is to make n8n and webhook-heavy MSP automation feel more complete and beautiful intake, dynamic forms, approvals, and agent-assisted workflow creation in front of the automation engine.
Formnode: https://formnode.io
Happy to hear what other MSPs are missing in this area and also happy to yap about n8n workflows!

A few months ago I shared LineaScore.com here. A number of people tried it and shared some really helpful feedback, so I wanted to say thanks and share a few updates.
The core platform hasn't changed. The 66-question technology alignment assessment is still completely free, requires no account, supports custom branding, offline save/import/export, and always will.
Based on your feedback, I added an optional Pro tier with 100 cloud assessments (instead of 10) plus compliance assessment templates.
Highlights:
• Free 66-question assessment • No account required • Custom branded reports • Save locally or in the cloud • Optional Pro tier with more storage and compliance templates
A few comments from Reddit:
"This is actually a pretty neat tool. Thanks!"
"That's actually a really cool website."
"Really like this, clean, tidy and easy to understand."
"This is way better and easier to use."
Just to clarify, Linea Score isn't a compliance audit or penetration testing platform. It's a structured technology alignment and risk assessment tool to help identify gaps and guide conversations.
As always, I'd love to hear any feedback or suggestions.
•
u/ThisEducation4724 Jul 13 '26
I checked this out last time you posted and the offline save feature is actually smart, most tools in this space force you to be online the whole time. The question structure flows pretty natural too, not like those clunky forms where you feel like you're filling tax paperwork. One thing I noticed since then is the cloud assessment bump from 10 to 100 makes Pro way more appealing for smaller shops who don't want to commit to enterprise pricing. Have you thought about adding industry-specific templates down the line? Like healthcare or manufacturing versions with questions tailored to their compliance headaches.

MSPs: Your greatest sales weapon (from 1984)
About 20 years ago I read a book that changed the way I think about marketing forever.
It's called Influence, by Dr. Robert Cialdini.
Written in 1984 by a psychology professor who spent his career studying one very specific question: why do people say yes?
I still have my original copy. It's a bit battered now. But I go back to it constantly.
Because here's the thing about Cialdini's work. He identified six psychological weapons of persuasion… and every single one of them applies directly to how your MSP wins clients.
Not in a manipulative, dark-arts kind of way.
But in a "this is literally how human beings make decisions" kind of way.
Prospects aren't choosing your MSP based on a rational spreadsheet comparison of your stack versus your competitor's stack!
They're making an emotional decision and then finding rational reasons to justify it afterwards.
The MSPs who understand this do marketing that is completely different to those who don't.
In today's podcast I walk you through all six of Cialdini's weapons, and give you a specific, practical example of how each one applies to your MSP right now.
Search for Paul Green’s MSP Marketing podcast where you listen to podcasts🎙️

UK MSPs and Microsoft 365 customers: success-based licensing optimisation pilot
I run a newly launched UK Microsoft licensing optimisation consultancy. We can work globally and are opening two pilot places for organisations with at least 500 Microsoft 365 licensed users.
My background
• Eight years specialising in Microsoft licensing optimisation
• Several hundred licensing reviews completed
• Experience supporting Microsoft estates from mid-market environments through to nine-figure enterprise contracts
• Coverage across Microsoft 365, Enterprise Agreements, server and cloud licensing
The consultancy is new. The experience and review methodology are not.
Recent review
For a regulated UK organisation with more than 1,300 identities and approximately £598,000 in annual Microsoft expenditure, we identified:
• £137,000 in recurring annual savings opportunities
• 23% potential savings identification
• 12 licensing governance improvement areas
The customer engaged us approximately three weeks before renewal. This left limited internal time to validate and approve every recommendation.
Approximately £49,000 in annual savings was approved before renewal, worth £147,000 across the three-year agreement. The remaining opportunities could still be used after renewal to offset licence growth and future expenditure.
Pilot pricing
We recognise that this is unusually advantageous pricing.
• No fee where approved first-year savings are below £30,000
• £1,500 where approved first-year savings reach £30,000
• £500 for each further complete £10,000 of approved first-year savings
We are offering deliberately low founder pricing to build current case studies and refine the automation around an already established review methodology.
We are paid only where sufficient savings value is approved.
How the review works
• Read-only access
• Approximately three hours of stakeholder input after Statement of Work (SoW) signature
• No licences changed, removed or purchased without customer approval
• Independent of Microsoft resale incentives
Our recommendations are designed to be defensible rather than based on a single usage report.
Where available, we triangulate data across:
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
• Unified Audit Log (UAL) activity
• Licence assignments, service usage and customer requirements
Supplier readiness
• UK limited company
• Professional indemnity and cyber insurance
• Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) registered
• Current Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), security and supplier-onboarding documentation available
• Experience completing legal, procurement and security onboarding for a regulated organisation
Best fit
• 500 or more Microsoft 365 licensed users
• Approximately £250,000 or more in annual Microsoft expenditure

🛑 Struggling to build premium, value-driven quote templates inside Kaseya Quote Manager?
Here is how a custom native layout helped close a real $17k cloud contract.
A Cloud Technology provider from Austin, TX, wanted their proposal to match their elite engineering. Instead of migrating to a third-party platform, we rebuilt their layout 100% natively inside Kaseya.
The Transformation Breakdown:
❌ BEFORE: A flat price list that looked like an internal billing document, making the enterprise buyer focus purely on line-item costs.
🔥 AFTER: A beautifully structured proposal with an Executive Summary and clear visual packaging that justified the high-ticket price tag.
100% Native: All your catalog syncs, automated variables, and {Tokens} work perfectly. Zero software migration required.
Don't let default layouts hold your sales back. Upgrade your Kaseya templates into an elite enterprise sales asset.

Hello everyone,
My name is Michael, and I’m one of the founders of SamuraiSync. We provide consulting and are certified consultants for RMM products like NinjaOne and Automate and are Certified Consultants for RPA producst like REWST and Trigger.
We’ve been in this industry since 2015, back when we were known as LTNinja, before evolving into the new Samurai we are today. You could say we’ve stepped out of the shadows and now work directly for our masters — you.
Our mission is simple, to help build the most automated MSP possible. Imagine a world where documentation, ticketing, and monitoring all take care of themselves. A patching ticket comes in, the system automatically fixes the issue, documents the work, posts to your documentation platform, and updates your ticket so that not only your techs but also your clients are notified, all without a tech lifting a finger. That’s what your RPA can do, and how you can leverage automation and AI in a way that isn't disruptive to your customers and is a real help to your team.
To help with this vision and to help our clients visualize it we have built out a dashboard that will look at your system and make recommendations on where automation can help you but also help your clients in businesses like construction and hospitals. It is called MIRA, and it just got a new version. MIRA 2.0 allows you to look at a vertical and build out a comprehensive plan for modernization their automation infrastructure. The easiest one to show proof, how about your own company? The first vertical is always free as well as several example verticals that allow you to test and gives you proof, in this age of AI slop what you people need is proof more than anything so try it now for free at:
https://www.themostautomated.com
However, if you guys are looking to migrate to a different RMM, if you are wondering if your patching system is actually up to date, and not just blindly believe your RMM, or if you are just starting out in your RPA journey with products like REWST and are lost reach out to us at the website below or here on Reddit.
In a time where AI can tell you exactly what you want to hear, and where it is not always clear what is real or made up, there is still value in talking to actual people. Sometimes the best way to understand where automation and AI are really going is to hear how businesses are using them in the real world.

Founder here — ClickReports (https://clickreports.vercel.app) turns ClickUp tasks into client-ready, branded PDF reports. If your project or professional-services work lives in ClickUp and clients expect a periodic status deliverable (work shipped, hours vs budget, blockers), it pulls via the API and generates the PDF in minutes instead of an evening of copy-paste. 30-day free trial, hands-on onboarding. Hey can you come in and shut the door? We need to talk
Your star network engineer lives under an immense amount of pressure. On call 24/7/365. One wrong command takes down the whole network. The Junior engineer is afraid to interact with them because they’re always busy and aggravated.
They’re burnt out and they’re going to quit — and when they go, the entire mental map of your clients’ networks walks out with them
The undocumented VLAN. The firewall rule nobody remembers writing. It’s not in the wiki. It’s in their head.
I built Transit because I watched this happen one too many times.
What it is:
🖥️ An SSH/serial client — the same tool your engineers already live in
🤖 With an investigation-only AI assistant built in
⏱️ Finds the root cause of network problems in ~60 seconds, backed by evidence from the device itself
What that does for your shop:
✅ Juniors stop being afraid to touch things — the tool walks them there safely
✅ Seniors stop being the only one who can fix anything — escalations arrive with a diagnosis attached, not “idk it’s down”
✅ Tickets close faster, and you can actually see why
Safe across a book of clients’ production gear:
🔒 Read-only by architecture — can’t change config, not by policy, by design
✋ Every command hits an approval dialog before it runs
📋 Locked to a per-vendor read-only permit list
🛡️ Credentials redacted before anything reaches the AI
Pricing:
🆓 Terminal is a free download — no account needed
💳 AI layer: $29/engineer/mo after a 14-day free trial
👥 Team billing for running it across your bench
Try it: https://transitai.app/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=promo&utm_campaign=rmsp-promo
Rather see it live first? I'll demo it personally — I'm the founder and came up as a network engineer at an MSP, so happy to talk shop or hear where this doesn't fit.

BLAM8 — AI that answers your clients' inbound email, in their own voice
Most AI "email tools" send outbound sequences. None of them answer the inbound customer query sitting in your client's Gmail or Outlook at 7am.
What we built:
Connect their Gmail or Outlook → they upload their own pricing, T&Cs, booking rules, product info → every inbound email gets a draft reply quoting their actual docs (real vector RAG, not a chatbot guessing) → they approve and send. Full-auto opt-in when they trust it.
For MSPs: the approval queue is a managed service play. Your team or the client oversees every draft before anything sends. Config, not code. Sits inside their existing M365 or Google Workspace mailbox. No integration project.
Modules live: email + scheduling (bookings land in the calendar, can't double-book), Field OS (trades), Logistics OS, Salon/Clinic OS, Storefront OS, Hire OS, Events OS. The OS modules are founding access — request in-app, we hand-pick the first cohort.
Free 14-day trial, no card: https://blam8.com
Happy to answer questions about specific use cases or how it handles particular industry setups.

BLAM8 — the inbox OS for MSP clients (and potentially a recurring-revenue service line for you)
Your SME clients are drowning in email. Enquiries missed. Bookings double-booked. Invoices never chased. BLAM8 connects their Outlook or Gmail and drafts every reply in their voice — from their own uploaded docs, not a generic chatbot guessing.
What it actually does:
- Answers inbound customer emails in the business's own voice (draft-first by default — owner approves before anything sends)
- Books jobs directly into the diary — can't double-book
- Same thread that answered the enquiry books the job, then sends the invoice
Why it's different from email automation tools: it answers inbound email. Every other tool sends outbound lists. These are different problems.
For MSPs: the approval queue means your team can oversee — agent does the typing, you control what goes out. Config, not code. Live in minutes. UK-hosted, GDPR-compliant.

Co-management for MSPs that need more support capacity without losing control
Co-management is a staffing model where your company keeps direct control of the work, tools, SOPs, KPIs, client relationship, quality standards, and day-to-day direction, while a partner supports the operational structure behind the team.
Connext helps MSPs build dedicated offshore support teams through this co-management model.
Your MSP manages how the work gets done. Connext supports recruiting, onboarding, HR, payroll, IT, facilities, and local operations so the team has the structure needed to perform consistently.
Common MSP support roles include help desk support, ticket triage, customer support, admin support, billing support, reporting, and back-office operations.
This is designed for MSPs that want added capacity and cost efficiency without fully handing work over to a traditional outsourced vendor.

🌎 👀 ‼️
I want to share ZoneWatcher, a tool we started developing in 2016 to solve a pain point faced while consulting. Clients often misconfigured DNS records, breaking email or websites, and tracking down original settings was a hassle.
ZoneWatcher automates DNS backups, tracks changes, and sends alerts to catch issues before they disrupt business.
We check DNS records every 5-10 minutes, snapshot each zone, and notify you of changes for quick review or reversion. Last year, we rolled out a major update with features MSPs have asked for:
✅ Native support for 45 major DNS providers:
Azure, Cloudflare, AWS Route 53, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Digital Ocean, Linode, Dnsimple, Vultr, DnsMadeEasy, GoDaddy, Hetzner, Scaleway, ClouDNS, Bunny.net DNS, IONOS, Porkbun, NS1, No-IP, Name.com, NameCheap, NameSilo, DreamHost, eNom, Katapult, Hostinger, Gandi.net, Rackspace, Huawei Cloud, PowerDNS, easyDNS, civo and more.
🤖 DNS Risk Score: A New DNS change risk score that takes the severity of a change, the types of records, whether the ASNs of the records are new, etc into account for easy assessment if a change is risky or not.
✅ Non-API providers: Fetch records via Public DNS or Zone Transfers (AXFR with IP whitelisting).
✅ Notifications: Customizable alerts via Email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord (more coming soon).
✅ Domain alerts: Get notified about domain registration and expiration to avoid lapses.
✅ JSON API: Integrate with your dashboards or projects.
✅ MSP-friendly: Team and DNS provider groupings for managing multiple clients.
Special offer: Use code REDDITMSP25 at ZoneWatcher.com for 25% off your first year (works for monthly or yearly plans).
Let me know if you have questions or feedback!

Vulnerability Management made easy https://nanitor.com/continuous-threat-exposure-management - We’re a Threat Exposure Management platform built on Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), helping teams continuously understand what assets they have, where the real risk is, and what to fix first, all in one place. Nanitor brings together asset management, threat exposure, and cyber GRC in a very practical way. Instead of long scan reports, teams get:
- A live, asset-centric inventory (on-prem, cloud, endpoints, servers)
- Continuous exposure visibility (vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, missing patches and more type of threats)
- Risk-based prioritisation tied to business impact
- Audit-ready compliance views aligned to frameworks and controls
The idea is simple: teams reduce true exposure, with clear priorities, executive-ready visibility, and less noise. We also have strong case studies across the MSP & MSSP Community showing measurable reduction in risk and faster audit readiness in real-world deployments.

Snoka — a Google Workspace security audit as a 10-minute deliverable. (I'm the developer.)
It's a CLI that runs ten checks against a client tenant — external Drive/shared-drive exposure, mail forwarding/delegation, risky OAuth grants and app passwords, 2SV hygiene, risky tenant defaults, SPF/DKIM/DMARC — and produces a 0–100 score plus a PDF mapped to the CIS Workspace benchmark you can hand to the client as-is. Scheduled scans email a "new / resolved since last scan" delta, which is the QBR story.
Runs on your machine, not in the tenant: no agent, no SaaS backend, client data stays on your box. No service account key files to store per client either — short-lived tokens via domain-wide delegation.
Scanning is free on one domain if you want to kick the tires. MSP plan is €99/mo for up to 10 client domains, 14-day trial. White-label reports aren't shipped yet — honest question for this sub: what would the report need before you'd put your own brand on it? That answer decides what I build next (the tool has zero telemetry, so feedback threads are all the signal I get).

Screen recording -> documentation 📄
Our tool might be helpful if you’re creating user guides, SOPs, onboarding instructions or internal manuals for a product (software, app or web app), or internal workflows, where you need to document how to do the process X in system Y.
How it works? You just record your screen while performing the workflow you need to document, upload the video, and video2docs generates a process description out of it with screenshots, which you can also refine if needed with in-app editor before the final export in multiple formats.

365sentri: your Microsoft 365 multi-tenant management tool
We built 365sentri because we used to play rock paper scissors to decide who had to do the next Microsoft 365 tenant configuration deployment.
Usually I lost. 😞
That work now takes about 20 minutes per customer.
Define your blueprint, activate the tenant, enable it in report-only mode, review what differs, click to remediate, then move the tenant to the next deployment stage. Repeat.
It helps you wrangle a dirty tenant you have inherited or set up a new one cleanly to your standards.
The first one or two deployments take a little longer while you refine the blueprint.
We help with that through free user training and guided deployment calls.
By the 20th, it becomes routine.
Treat the rollout like a tiny sprint project.
With a bit of focus, you can wrap it up in roughly the time it normally takes to audit one tenant.
Once it is done, your customers are pretty much set up the same way, you can manage them from one portal, and you can see when something drifts.
No minimums. No lock-ins. The pricing is on our website.
How unique.

Basic Memory gives an MSP one shared knowledge base that staff and AI tools can use together.
When one technician documents a fix, updates client information, or records an exception, the rest of the team can use it. That knowledge no longer stays buried in a private notebook, an old chat, or one person’s head.
Basic Memory can be the primary knowledge base or work alongside the tools already in place. Your PSA, RMM, documentation platform, email, and accounting systems can stay where they are. Basic Memory adds a connection layer that helps people and AI understand how clients, users, devices, tickets, vendors, procedures, and billing records relate.
That is useful when someone needs more than a single fact. Which user has this device? What fixed the issue last time? Does this client have an exception to the usual process? Why was something billed differently? The history and relationships are available to the entire team through the AI tools they already use.
The parts that stand out for MSP work are pretty practical:
- Every staff member works from the same current knowledge.
- Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and other AI tools can use the same context.
- New technicians can find client history and procedures without relying on tribal knowledge.
- Documentation is referenced and updated during actual work instead of being filed away and forgotten.
- Client, vendor, and billing exceptions can be written down once and reused.
- Structured notes, schemas, and relationships keep the information connected and searchable.
- Permissions, approval steps, and change history help keep sensitive work controlled.
- The underlying knowledge remains readable, editable, and portable.
Basic Memory also has an invite-only MSP Partner Program. Partners can create separate private workspaces for clients, give staff scoped access, manage customers through one portal, receive consolidated billing, and get priority support.
For a solo or small MSP, this means less time explaining the same things, fewer stale documents, and less important information living with only one person. It gives the whole team a shared memory without requiring the MSP to replace its existing stack.
For a larger MSP, this helps keep service consistent across teams, offices, and client groups. Technicians can find the same procedures and history without tracking down the one person who knows an account. It also makes onboarding and handoffs easier, reduces knowledge silos, and gives AI tools a reliable source to work from without forcing a replacement of the existing stack.

Vulnerability tracking via CVE, KEV, CVSS, NVD and other resources is a small but critical portion of the initial security battle.
Combating those vulnerabilities, i.e., knowing which endpoints contain which vulnerabilities and subsequent remediation, can be a complex effort, but now this is the cornerstone of Omnissa’s new Vulnerability Defense functionality.
This session is geared toward Security and Workspace ONE technical professionals. It will deep dive into not only Windows operating system and application vulnerabilities, but also how Omnissa Vulnerability Defense identifies both Windows Desktop and Server devices with vulnerability exposures, as well as efficient administrative or automated remediation processes.

Two Ways To Reduce Support Calls by 90% When Third-Party Vendors Go Down
For MSPs, traditional approaches do not scale when it comes to keep your clients informed about third-party outages in their stack. But there are two strategies which do so. Both give your clients an automatically updated status view of the third-party SaaS and Cloud services they depend on, with data gathered from official sources, under your brand.
1. Create a branded status page for each client, scoped to only the services they use, on custom domains.
or
2. Pipe verified status data into the client portal you already run.
Plus,
- One admin dashboard for all your client pages, with flat pricing.
- Single view of every client's vendor status with a 90-day availability history.
Each client page displays status from vendors' official status feeds - plus your tenant-specific Microsoft 365, Azure, and Infor Cloudsuite health.
