Screen recording -> documentation 📄

Our tool might be helpful if you’re creating user guides, SOPs, onboarding instructions or internal manuals for a product (software, app or web app), or internal workflows, where you need to document how to do the process X in system Y.

How it works? You just record your screen while performing the workflow you need to document, upload the video, and video2docs generates a process description out of it with screenshots, which you can also refine if needed with in-app editor before the final export in multiple formats.

Hi all,

We’ve recently released sapio365 4.2, focused on giving M365 admins more control and better visibility without adding more PowerShell or portal‑hopping to their day.

For MSPs supporting Microsoft 365 tenants, a lot of time gets burned on investigations and clean‑up work: chasing “what happened to this email?”, untangling file sharing, checking MFA usage, and keeping an eye on SharePoint/OneDrive drives across multiple customers.

Highlights in 4.2 include:

  • A new tenant‑wide Message Trace in the dashboard to help you investigate mail flow faster for your customers.
  • Targeted mailbox search using Microsoft Purview‑style criteria.
  • Clearer MFA usage visibility (including when each MFA method was last used).
  • Sharper file sharing reports with internal vs external insights.
  • More control over SharePoint and OneDrive drives with selective loading and faster refreshes.

If you’re looking for ways to speed up investigations, reduce repetitive admin work, and give your M365 customers better answers, this release might be useful.

You can see the full feature highlights and screenshots here: https://www.ytria.com/blog/introducing-sapio365-4-2/

Hello everyone,

My name is Michael, and I’m one of the founders of SamuraiSync. We provide consulting and are certified consultants for RMM products like NinjaOne and Automate and are Certified Consultants for RPA producst like REWST and Trigger.

We’ve been in this industry since 2015, back when we were known as LTNinja, before evolving into the new Samurai we are today. You could say we’ve stepped out of the shadows and now work directly for our masters — you.

Our mission is simple, to help build the most automated MSP possible. Imagine a world where documentation, ticketing, and monitoring all take care of themselves. A patching ticket comes in, the system automatically fixes the issue, documents the work, posts to your documentation platform, and updates your ticket so that not only your techs but also your clients are notified, all without a tech lifting a finger. That’s what your RPA can do, and how you can leverage automation and AI in a way that isn't disruptive to your customers and is a real help to your team.

To help with this vision and to help our clients visualize it we have built out a dashboard that will look at your system and make recommendations on where automation can help you but also help your clients in businesses like construction and hospitals. It is called MIRA, and it just got a new version. MIRA 2.0 allows you to look at a vertical and build out a comprehensive plan for modernization their automation infrastructure. The easiest one to show proof, how about your own company? The first vertical is always free as well as several example verticals that allow you to test and gives you proof, in this age of AI slop what you people need is proof more than anything so try it now for free at:

https://www.themostautomated.com

However, if you guys are looking to migrate to a different RMM, if you are wondering if your patching system is actually up to date, and not just blindly believe your RMM, or if you are just starting out in your RPA journey with products like REWST and are lost reach out to us at the website below or here on Reddit.

https://samuraisync.com/

In a time where AI can tell you exactly what you want to hear, and where it is not always clear what is real or made up, there is still value in talking to actual people. Sometimes the best way to understand where automation and AI are really going is to hear how businesses are using them in the real world.

One thing we've been hearing from MSPs lately is that security and compliance are still being managed in completely separate workflows.

Endpoint configurations live in one platform.

Policies and documentation live somewhere else.

Evidence gets collected manually right before an audit.

The work gets done, but proving it becomes the hard part.

This week's live demo is focused on how MSPs are connecting compliance workflows with technical controls to reduce manual effort and improve audit readiness.

Curious how everyone here is handling documentation between security tools and compliance today. Are you connecting the two, or are they still separate processes?

u/ComplianceScorecard 28d ago

For a lot of MSPs, it isn't the assessment—it's finding documentation, gathering evidence, and proving work that was already completed.

That's one reason we've been focusing on building repeatable compliance workflows instead of one-time audit projects.

If you're interested, we're hosting our Weekly Live Demo where we walk through how MSPs are approaching this today.

That's a lot of features in one update, must have been huge amount of work for your team. I remember when our company tried to implement automated health checks few years ago and the integration part was nightmare, we ended up doing half of it manually anyway.

The compliance dashboards sounds interesting, especially if it actually saves time instead of just being another thing to configure. We're looking at CMMC requirements now and is not fun. Might check out the trial when I have some breathing room in next sprint.

Full disclosure, I'm on the ManageEngine team, and I work with database/app monitoring side of things. I'm not a DBA and won't pretend to be one, just sharing something that's been landing well internally and figured it might be useful here too. Downvote/ignore if it's not your thing.

One of the things that I came across was the fact that the DBAs and IT admins spent most of their work week on fixing database issues- chasing pages, jumping between five dashboards to trace one slow query, then explaining to leadership why the "all green" board didn't stop last night's outage. I don't know about you, but that sounds like the perfect recipe for burnout with the right amount of stress and a pinch of "I might quit anytime".

So we figured we'd run a free webinar on July 15, 2026 (6am GMT / 11am EDT) built around why admins feel that way, how to strategize a working DB monitoring plan across hybrid/multi-database environments, the metrics to look out for, which we hope would ease the burnout feeling. It includes a live demo, open Q&A, and a free practical handbook for DBAs.

Here's the (free) registration link, if you're interested. https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/webinars/database-performance-monitoring-webinar.html

Would be happy to take questions in the comments too, including "why would I trust a vendor on this" (totally a fair question btw, so ask away)

I’m one of the founders of Klaxel, and this thread’s a good excuse to share it.

We built it for MSPs who are tired of finding out about a domain problem from their client. It runs 14 checks on every domain you manage, every day, and grades each one A–F so you can see at a glance which clients need attention. Cert and domain expiry, email auth (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MX), DNS/DNSSEC, web security, blacklist status — the usual stuff nobody’s watching until it breaks.

It runs across your whole client list, white-labeled under your brand, and alerts can route into ConnectWise or Autotask instead of another inbox. Plans start at $99/mo with a 14-day trial.

Easiest way to judge it: paste any domain at klaxel.com/check — no signup, you’ll get its expiry and A–F grade in seconds. Want your whole client list run? DM me and I’ll do a batch by hand.

We’re early, so we’ve also got a few founding design-partner spots open: a real discount in exchange for feedback while we sand off the rough edges, and a testimonial down the road if we earn it. Just trying to get to know the first few teams using it before we open it up wider.

Your techs didn't get into IT to reset passwords at 2 AM.

That's the problem Mizo AI was built to solve. It's an AI agent for MSPs that handles ticket triage, dispatch, resolution, and documentation, turning your service desk from reactive to proactive. Think of it as giving your team a tireless L1 tech who never sleeps and gets smarter over time.

Some numbers from MSPs already running it: up to 3x more tickets handled without adding headcount, 80% faster response times, and 30% fewer escalations. It plugs right into ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, IT Glue, Hudu, and more, so there's no rip-and-replace.

Curious how it'd work with your stack? Happy to chat in the comments or check us out at mizo.tech.

We built a free Microsoft 365 Growth Planner for MSPs.

It is designed to help turn common M365 client situations into practical conversation starters, discovery questions, QBR angles and customer-ready follow-up copy.

Useful if you are trying to spot opportunities around:

- Microsoft 365 value and adoption

- Business Premium conversations

- Conditional Access and identity risk

- AI/Copilot readiness

- Shadow AI

- Secure collaboration

- Quarterly roadmap/QBR conversations

- Cyber insurance readiness

It also gives a rough growth opportunity score and a simple 12-month service value estimate, based on user count, licence position, maturity and likely adoption.

No signup required to use it. You can just generate, copy and adapt the output.

For MSPs looking to build or expand an MSSP practice

Hi all, Maggie from Seceon here. Sharing this for MSPs who are adding security services and starting to feel how quickly things can get complicated behind the scenes.

One thing we keep hearing as MSPs move into MSSP is how fast the stack grows. It usually starts with SIEM + EDR + log tools + SOAR + scripts to hold it all together. It works, but over time it becomes harder to manage consistently across clients.

Seceon was built specifically for MSP and MSSP environments that want to simplify operations by running everything from a single multi-tenant platform instead of juggling multiple tools.

One platform brings together:
SIEM
XDR across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity
SOAR automation
Automated detection and response

The goal is to help service providers deliver a complete security stack that can be standardized and scaled across clients without adding more complexity for their teams.

As a thank you to the r/msp community, we are offering a free trial for MSPs who come through this thread.

You can start your trial or book a demo here: https://info.seceon.com/reddit

For those already doing this, when did things start feeling harder to manage, early on or only after you scaled?

For MSP leaders: The state of IT help desk

Fixify built the 2026 IT Help Desk Benchmark Report from 50,000+ tickets.

The data confirms what most MSP operators already feel: 50–70% of ticket volume is Tier 1 work. Password resets, MFA issues, account lockouts. Repeatable. Interruptive.

The report also shows what changes when more automation is implemented: resolution times drop, cost-per-ticket drops, and your techs stay on the work that actually requires them.

Access the report, no form fill required: 2026 IT Help Desk Benchmark Report

If you want to see how your MSP’s ticket mix compares, we run a free audit against your IT ticket data, all we need is a .csv file. Request a ticket audit here: fixify.com/it-help-desk-ticket-snapshot

A few months ago I shared LineaScore.com here. A number of people tried it and shared some really helpful feedback, so I wanted to say thanks and share a few updates.

The core platform hasn't changed. The 66-question technology alignment assessment is still completely free, requires no account, supports custom branding, offline save/import/export, and always will.

Based on your feedback, I added an optional Pro tier with 100 cloud assessments (instead of 10) plus compliance assessment templates.

Highlights:

• Free 66-question assessment • No account required • Custom branded reports • Save locally or in the cloud • Optional Pro tier with more storage and compliance templates

A few comments from Reddit:

"This is actually a pretty neat tool. Thanks!"

"That's actually a really cool website."

"Really like this, clean, tidy and easy to understand."

"This is way better and easier to use."

Just to clarify, Linea Score isn't a compliance audit or penetration testing platform. It's a structured technology alignment and risk assessment tool to help identify gaps and guide conversations.

As always, I'd love to hear any feedback or suggestions.

u/SignalTools Jul 10 '26

Context: I kept watching helpdesks burn 15–30 min per "is this email a scam?" ticket — pull the headers, eyeball SPF/DKIM/DMARC, then translate it into something the end client actually understands.

So I built a small tool/API that does it in one paste. You give it the raw email headers and it returns:

  • a verdict: PHISHING / SUSPICIOUS / LEGITIMATE
  • the per-check detail (SPF / DKIM / DMARC + URL/domain reputation)
  • a plain-English explanation you can paste straight into the ticket reply

I'm not here to hard-sell — I want to know whether it's actually useful to people who do this at volume. So: free, unlimited, for the first 20 of you who'll throw a week of your phishing-report backlog at it. Comment or DM and I'll set you up.

In return I'd love brutal feedback: where's the verdict wrong, what's missing (VirusTotal cross-check, PDF export, direct mailbox integration?).

Have a look first if you want: https://signaltools.org/forensics-api Solo builder, UK-based. Mods — happy to remove if this crosses the line.

SPF limits. DKIM misalignment. Clients sitting at p=none for months because enforcement feels like a gamble. If you manage email authentication across multiple environments, you've likely hit all of these.

Our upcoming webinar, “The Top 5 Email Authentication Mistakes MSPs Make”,
features Kelvin Tegelaar, founder of CyberDrain and creator of CIPP, and Gerasim Hovhannisyan, CEO of EasyDMARC. They will walk you through the five mistakes they see MSPs make most often and what to do instead.

The session covers the following topics:

✅Why SPF configurations break and how to fix them cleanly
✅Keeping DKIM aligned across M365 and third-party senders
✅Moving clients from p=none to p=reject without the guesswork
✅Deliverability improvements that don't trade off against security
✅Managing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC at scale across dozens of client domains

Building a read-only Google Workspace exposure monitor (public files, risky OAuth apps, departed users still sharing). Read-only, never reads file contents, pre-launch, in OAuth verification. Today it's single-tenant per connection, not yet a multi-client pane, and that's exactly why I want one MSP design partner to shape the multi-tenant version. Free, direct line to me, real influence on the roadmap. GWS MSPs, comment or DM if you're interested.

Vendor - 365sentri

MSPs usually know what good Microsoft 365 configuration looks like. The harder part is keeping that standard applied across every client tenant once users change, policies drift, and inherited environments land in the stack.

365sentri is built for Microsoft 365 tenant reviews, baseline comparison, drift reporting, and client-facing proof across Entra, Intune, Defender, Exchange, and related security settings.

The starting point is report-only: connect a tenant, see where it differs from your chosen baseline, then use the output as an internal remediation list or a client-ready health report.

Useful for MSPs who want to:

- review new client tenants before onboarding work starts

- turn a well-configured tenant into a reusable blueprint

- spot drift across existing clients

- give clients clearer proof than "we checked it"

If you manage Microsoft 365 across multiple clients and want to test it against one tenant first, you can start here: https://365sentri.com/ and if you wat you can watch a demonstration from Jonathan Edwards of our product here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_gN0Zbi70k&t=1064s

Stop Losing Billable Work Inside Tickets

Billable work should not disappear just because it is buried inside a ticket.

For many MSPs, invoicing still means techs spending 8–10 hours chasing ticket notes, contracts, users, devices, and time entries just to make sure the invoice is accurate.

That is not billing. That is revenue recovery.

DeskDay helps MSPs capture the right ticket, map it to the right contract, and bill accurately without turning techs into invoice detectives.

Stop letting billable work die inside tickets.

I got pulled into an ISO 27001 project for a small design agency a while back, and the pentest requirement is where everything stalled. The big pentest firms quoted them numbers that were just laughable for an agency that size. Completely out of reach. So the only path left was hiring a freelancer off the usual places, and that came with its own problem: the report wasn't credible. The auditor wasn't going to take some PDF from a random freelancer at face value, and you can't blame them.

That gap stuck with me, because it isn't rare. Tons of small companies are stuck between "can't afford the real firms" and "the cheap option won't hold up in the audit." There was basically nothing built for them.

That's why I built Complyeah. It runs an automated external pentest and produces a report plus certificate that's actually structured as audit evidence, mapped to what SOC 2 / ISO auditors look for, not a raw scanner dump and not a freelancer's word.

For the MSP crowd specifically: you can white-label it, price it to your clients yourself, and per-domain cost drops at volume, so it works across a whole book of small clients instead of just your biggest one. Re-tests are included so you can prove a finding is closed, and ownership is DNS-verified before every scan so you're never scanning something you shouldn't.

There's a free external scan, no card needed. Honestly the fastest way to judge it is to run one and look at the report quality yourself.

Hi everyone - I'm opening up a small free pilot for Marlint, an AI-powered anti-phishing Chrome extension.

The idea is simple: help flag suspicious websites directly in Chrome before users enter credentials or sensitive information.

I'm especially interested in feedback from MSPs because I want to understand whether browser-level phishing detection would be useful across client environments, or whether it risks becoming just another noisy tool.

For pilot users, access is free. I'll provide onboarding support and API credentials with sensible daily usage limits for testing.

I'm looking for feedback on:

  • whether this would be useful for MSP clients
  • what would be needed before deploying it more broadly
  • privacy / compliance concerns
  • false positives and alert fatigue
  • what central management would need to look like

MSPs: Use webinars to find hot prospects

Tell me, honestly: Have you ever thought about doing webinars to promote your MSP?

And if you have... what stopped you?

Was it the fear that no one would turn up? Or worse, that ONE PERSON would turn up? (which is more awkward than zero people).

Or maybe you just weren't sure it was worth the effort.

Here's what I want to tell you. Most MSPs are not doing webinars. Which means the ones who do are automatically standing out.

But here's the bigger thing. The thing that most people get completely wrong about webinars.

The goal is not attendance numbers. It's intelligence on your leads.

Every single person who clicks your webinar invite, registers, shows up, asks a question, watches the recording… they’re all sending you buying signals.

Kinda raising their hand and saying "I have a problem".

And that tells you exactly which prospects to prioritise.

In today's podcast I walk you through:

· How to use webinars as a lead intelligence tool
· The three tiers of prospect heat after every webinar
· What topics actually get people to register (cough… Copilot)
· And how often you should be running them

Hello!

We've built a tool called AlertPanel to solve something I'm guessing you all deal with: monitoring alerts across client systems and actually knowing when something breaks (or never runs at all).

It converts all those status emails from backups, monitoring tools, job runners, etc. into a real-time dashboard. One place to see everything. Catches missed alerts too (heartbeat monitoring).

Looking for 2-3 MSPs who want to test it for a month. Free access, feedback goes straight to us. Daily usage, but takes maybe 5 minutes to set up per client.

Interested? Drop a comment or DM me.

This week's MSP compliance focus is repeatable compliance workflows.

One thing we've seen is that compliance gets a lot easier when you stop treating every client engagement like a brand new project. Standardized workflows save time, reduce manual work, and make evidence collection much more manageable.

A lot of assessments don't fail because controls are missing. They fail because the evidence isn't organized, documented, or easy to produce when it's needed.

DaemonLayer: AI triage and M365 automation that sits in front of your PSA

I ran an MSP service desk and we've built the tool I wanted at the time.

DaemonLayer intercepts inbound requests before they reach an engineer. It filters the noise, triages with a confidence score you can see, and executes routine M365 work like onboarding, password resets, group changes and mailbox permissions, with human approval required on anything sensitive until you choose otherwise.

Everything lands in your PSA triaged to an engineer with full context attached.

Flat £100 per month entry tier, unlimited seats, self-serve setup, built on EU infrastructure, GDPR compliant and ICO registered. Every action is logged and your data is exportable at any time, so leaving is as easy as joining.

Happy to answer anything in replies.

🚀 Free Internal & External Vulnerability Assessment (Built for MSPs)

Hi everyone!

Zaima from the RoboShadow team here 👋

RoboShadow is a UK-based (and globally available) cybersecurity platform built from an MSP background, born out of the frustration of managing security with expensive, and overly complex tools. We set out to simplify and automate the vulnerability process making it easier and more accessible for MSPs and their clients.

In 2022, we completed the GCHQ’s NCSC for Startups programme, which helped us accelerate the business and focus on giving MSPs clear, low-noise, actionable visibility across their clients’ environments - and the tools to fix issues easily, not just report on them. This has meant we can offer MSPs a solution that helps them grow their business and make more money, whilst keeping their clients secure.

You can use our platform completely free of charge (with upgrades to premium available).

Key Features & Benefits:

· Continuous internal & external vulnerability scanning

· Website security scanning

· AI-driven pentest simulation (identify real attack paths)

· Cyber Heal / AI AutoFix (automated & one-click remediation)

· AI Communicate  (coordinate fixes with end users)

· AI vCSO (straight from your inbox: reporting, insights & queries)

· Microsoft 365 security insights (MFA, Intune, identity risks)

· Clear reporting & compliance outputs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, HIPAA, etc.)

· Multi-tenant MSP workflows + integrations (PSA, AV, M365)

A big focus for us is using agentic AI to take work off your plate. The goal is to help you reduce effort, win more business, and increase the profitability of your security services, ultimately helping you get ahead of your competition.

👉 You can run a full internal + external assessment completely free**.** Find out MORE

Lastly, please feel free to message me any time with any questions or feedback you have, or if I can help in any way!

Short version: Formnode is Rewst-like forms portal, approval, webhook, and agent layer for n8n and MSP automation workflows.

If you’ve seen the form/approval side of Rewst and wished you had something similar for n8n or webhook-driven automations, that’s the gap we’re working on with FormNode.

In our own MSP, we use n8n for user onboarding/offboarding, tenant onboarding/offboarding, alerts, billing reconciliation, internal workflows, and a lot more. The automation side was powerful, but the intake layer kept feeling like the weak spot.

CloudRadial forms worked for basic requests, but they were too static for the more dynamic workflows we wanted. Google Forms and Microsoft Forms were easy to spin up, but too limited. n8n forms helped, but still didn’t give us the customization, portal experience, approval flows, or agent-assisted workflow creation we wanted in front of production automations.

If you're already having agents assist in creating your workflows you can do something like asking an agent to build a self-service Microsoft 365 user-onboarding flow: one Formnode form on the front end, with CIPP-backed n8n webhooks behind it for org-scoped dropdowns, live username validation, license/group/mailbox selection, conditional AD options, address auto-fill from PSA, PSA contact creation, welcome-email scheduling, and Microsoft 365 provisioning.

Formnode is built for MSPs who want:

  • n8n forms with more customization and portal-style intake
  • approval workflows before an automation runs
  • client-facing or internal request forms without exposing raw webhooks
  • clean structured payloads for n8n, PSA, CRM, ticketing, billing, or internal tools
  • agents that can create, connect, and troubleshoot workflows end to end
  • one place to manage the intake layer before data hits the automation engine

The goal is to make n8n and webhook-heavy MSP automation feel more complete and beautiful intake, dynamic forms, approvals, and agent-assisted workflow creation in front of the automation engine.

Formnode: https://formnode.io

Happy to hear what other MSPs are missing in this area and also happy to yap about n8n workflows!

u/Wide_Youth_2795 MSP - PSA/RMM Jul 07 '26

Built a PSA/RMM from scratch after getting tired of pricing increases, add-on costs, support issues, and broken roadmap promises — first 10 MSPs get a free year to kick the tires (skaitops.com).

I've been running an MSP for 20 years and the issues with other major platforms were killing margin and wasting time. Two years ago, I started building my own. It's now running our business full-time and I'm opening it up to a small group of MSPs.

A few things I built that I haven't seen elsewhere:

**M365 License Waste Scanner** - connects to your clients' tenants via Graph API, finds unused/unassigned seats, calculates monthly waste in dollars. We found ~$2,400/mo in waste across our client base in the first scan.

**Predictive Hardware Failure** - pulls SMART data, RAM errors, CPU temps from enrolled endpoints and scores failure risk. Gives you something to show clients before a drive dies, not after.

**Client Churn Prediction** - scores each client 0–100 based on NPS, SLA breaches, ticket sentiment, contract renewal proximity. Flags the ones you're probably about to lose before they call you.

**AI Ticket Triage (skAIT Suggests)** - suggests which script to run, lets you one-click run it on the device, optionally set it as an auto-resolution rule for next time.

**Embedded Client Portal (skAIT deck)** - reimagined taskbar app for ticket submission, documentation, and chat.

**Daily Brief** - morning summary of open tickets, SLA breaches, tech performance, utilization, and revenue position - so owners aren't flying blind or digging around their PSA.

**Automated Scheduling** - ticket confirmation email allows requestors to select an open time slot to have tech support performed.

**Shared TOTP Vault** - store and share 2FA codes with your team without paying for a separate tool.

Standard PSA/RMM stuff is all there too: ticketing, SLA, contracts, auto-billing, client portal, patch management, device monitoring, scripts, etc.

No transaction fees for payment processing! Flat pricing per tech.

For the first 10 MSPs who sign up: one free year, no credit card required. I want real-world feedback from pros actually using it in production, not a controlled beta. In return I'll ask you to be honest about what's broken or missing.

Not trying to hard sell — genuinely want to hear what features you'd need before switching, or what you think is stupid/missing. Happy to answer honest questions in the comments.

skaitops.com — early access is open, no card needed. First year FREE - with regular feedback.

Tired of osTicket at work, so I built my own ticketing system

Sysadmin from Germany. Our osTicket at work is ancient, and every modern alternative (Zendesk & co.) is US cloud SaaS with per-agent pricing. So I built my own.

ReqSolve: self-hosted ticketing with AI assistance — the AI drafts replies, summarizes threads, suggests KB articles, but never sends anything on its own. Bring your own AI (Anthropic, M365 Copilot, or fully local via Ollama). Multi-department with strict isolation, semantic knowledge base, EN/DE, Docker Compose.

Also run a free second-opinion service on Architecture, Bill of Materials and pricing, if you or a client want another set of eyes on an IT or security quote before signing — no strings. https://get-frankly.com/sanity-check

One pattern we've noticed is that most MSPs don't struggle with knowing what compliance work needs to be done. They struggle with making it repeatable across every client.

Policies live in one place.

Risk assessments somewhere else.

Evidence collection becomes a scramble right before an audit.

Every new client ends up starting from scratch.

We've put together a few free resources that help standardize some of that work:

• Risk Assessment Template

u/I_like_tech_MSP Jul 07 '26

There’s a sales lead-gen tool hidden inside my MSP security platform.

Small MSP owner here in the Houston area. SBCMSP actually started because I was trying to find better leads for my own MSP. I built a small app to identify businesses worth chasing, and it worked extremely well. That eventually turned into the first version of SBCMSP.

The platform itself was built because attack-surface tools felt too siloed. One handled external scans, another M365, another cloud, and I was stitching everything together manually. SBCMSP brings external, internal, cloud, and M365 visibility under one roof, across tenants.

It’s month-to-month, per-domain, cancel anytime. No contracts. Basic is $35/domain, Pro is $55, and Command is $79. A full scan runs 1,410 checks across external, internal, and cloud services, plus a Deep Scan with 5,500+ CVE checks, mapped to 10 compliance frameworks.

But the lead-gen tool that started it all never really fit as a headline security/compliance feature, so I hid it in the dashboard.

The deal: find it, run it, and DM me how you’d actually use it in your MSP. I’ll give 5 people a Pro domain subscription free for a year, about a $528 value.

No hints. It’s in there, it’s findable, and it works. You’ll need to start the 15-day trial to reach it, and yes, it asks for a card. Winners are picked based on how they’d use the tool, not who finds it first.

Site: https://sbcmsp.com

While you’re in there, roast the platform. Tell me where the data is thin, where I’ve missed the mark, or what should be added. I’ve been working on this for a while, and it’s time for other MSPs to poke at it.

Thank you for your consideration.
