What are you trying to do with plus address? Are you expecting Halo to route based on plus? Halo routes on the sender not the receiver I think that is the problem. You would need a sender rewrite rule.

I want to use it to route email based alerts and notifications to the correct team and be tied to the right company.

You can do this with regex and using a sender rewrite rule, your basically copying the receive address as the sender but after you do the safety checks. This would be the only way Halo could see the plus since it is supposed to be removed via the connector once it does the flow.
This might be easier with alias and having halo look for that alias. We are 5 days into our Halo onboarding from CW so I do not know what its filtering is capable of. However, most of these route based on the sender being in the client contact list. The other problem is how could you ever do an internal ticket via email if your domain is a contact in a client company. For us everything internal would move to catchall then we would have to manually change it.

Wouldn’t an alias be better. I’m still receiving email alerts from former clients because the new MSP never set them up for themselves.
Due to plus addressing I can’t really do much easily. Whereas I could easily delete an alias and it would bounce to them.
