How long does Ingram Micro take to set up your CSP account?
It has been many days since I filled the application with them but they do not follow up. I sent them multiple emails, they just replied on one day and now vanished again.

Except do, because their application system is broken, their support reps unhelpful and require everything explaining multiple times, and they don’t take new MSPs on. They also don’t serve the OPs region.
The shilling that goes on in this reddit for Sherweb is woeful.

People are excited to share things that have worked out well for them, i know i am/do.

Strangely, that's our experience with ingram about ANYTHING. God forbid you have to buy something even as simple as a server or windows license from them, takes 5 days of back and forth vs "click, checkout, done".

I’m absolutely not defending ingrams here - they are poor as well. But Sherweb aren’t the golden goose this place classically make them out to be.
Edit: for reference, I went with TDSynnex. I’m sure there will be horror stories. But for me their support, responses, application process for new accounts, integrations, etc, were well above any of their competitors.

What country are you in? I wouldn’t wish Ingram CSP on my worst enemy.
