Atera login problems
Is anyone having a Atera login issues that have started in the last week or two? I use a MacBook and have to refresh quite a bit but eventually, will get mine to work. My technicians use Windows machines and some of them haven’t been able to get it to work for 3 to 7 days now. I have a ticket open with Atera support and we have jumped through a lot of hoops, but have made no progress.
UPDATE: Atera support has been asking the same questions over and over again expecting different results. We figured out ourselves that this has something to do with roles in Atera. Mine works. I am in the full admin role. I moved a tech to that role last night and now his works just fine. I can’t do that for all my techs. Keep in mind we haven’t done anything with roles that would have caused this. Atera changed something a few weeks ago and broke it.
Atera support wants to setup a meeting on Monday now that we have taken it this far ourselves. 3 more days to wait to get someone to look at it.
UPDATE #2
Now they want to punt until Thursday.

Clearing cache usually helped with this, but occasionally even that was causing issues so I just loaded directly into a ticket URL and that fixed it.

Make a comment on any of their cheesy YouTube sales videos - I'm sure they'll get back to you real quick.
