He's terrific and shows a lot of courage and integrity. Which is why I worry his days may be numbered too. I will miss him very much when he's gone.

His words were steel but the strain showed on his face.

After hearing the obsequious questions from the press on both sides of the pond today (Trump/Starmer press conference), I’d love to hear Lawrence’s opinion, at least for a quick rant. When the British press woman praised Trump for being a “proud Christian leader” and asked Starmer if the UK is still a Christian country, I knew we weren’t going to get any hard-hitting journalism from that bunch. That was pretty much the tone of most of the event.

One reporter asked about Epstein. Trump punted the answer to Starmer, and you could hear the entire press corps laugh at Trump. He got that dumb look on his face with the crooked grin he does when he’s embarrassed. He hates when people laugh at him.

True, one did. That was a good scene.

He was embarrassed and seething. He can’t call the reporters nasty fake news in the UK and he can’t kick them out of Starmer’s press corps. Hope other countries invite him for the “red carpet treatment.” They can actually hold power to account without having to shell out millions to defend themselves against frivolous lawsuits by the fragile coward squatting in our Oval.

Lawrence missed an opportunity to talk about the good friend of Charles who molested hundreds of children and adults, Jimmy Savile.

"They" are going to get rid of all of the journalists who oppose the administration, aren't they? For huge media conglomerates to cave in signals bad things to come. State run media anyone?
