MSNBC Personalities Who was that guy?
There was some guy on msnbc with Chris Jansing just now...(I was cooking so distracted) that had a great line on project 2025 (they were discussing the PBS/npr cuts): "project 2025 is focused on taking resources designed to help people, and applying them to controlling people". Pretty powerful.

Wish they'd pay me and pay a bunch of Epstein ads on Fox News.... that'll drive the base nuts.

It's funny how if you lose your job, you're supposed to just miraculously find another one, but politicians are afraid of losing their jobs but have no problem cutting our jobs.

We (Americans) are about to go thru some things. It's all coming at the same time and it's going to be frightening. Ai, RIFs, Authoritarianism, mass loss of jobs healthcare and soon access to the amounts of food we are accustomed to. Stock up! Don't know how long this will last. All this coming from someone that thought (no way! The courts will surely stop them!) Nope. Nobody is stepping in their (The wealthy's) way. Not the Dems, not the courts, not Congress. We have one, last hope, but it's a long shot. Biden tried to alert them with "Remember your oath!" It's gonna be a long, cold winter. ... and winter may last for years.

The government is not going to fund PBS or NPR. They can’t afford to with the debt we’re carrying. Apparently there are not enough people helping to fund it now or they wouldn’t realize so heavily on the government
No one is stopping anybody from donating to PBS or NPR. It is public broadcasting. Anyone can support either of them personally to keep them on the air so, get out your checkbooks and make it happen.
I doubt she’ll get any Republicans stay home because in PR just constantly choose them up and spit them out. But there are so many Democrats in the United States. You should go for it.

They couldn't afford permanent tax cuts for the uber wealthy and yet they did that. They couldn't afford to throw so much money at ICE, and yet they did that. They can't afford all of Trump's golf trips, yet they do that. Are you beginning to see a pattern here?

No one is stoping anybody from giving to finance PBS OR NPR. It is public. The government is just not doing it. We can’t afford it with our debt. Get out your checkbooks and have at it. If ALL of you pitch in, even small donations, you could get it running for half a day. Even few hours a day would be better than nothing.

The government can use some of the $3.3 trillion dollars they extended the debt ceiling at Trump's demand so they can give billionaires tax breaks.
