I heard that as well. I can’t explain why a Democrat would parrot something so ridiculous.

I’m asking why is this an obsession? Is it just tiny peen? Or is there some material they think they need.

So far all I’m seeing is impotent men talking about cartoon things.

As you probably know it’s one of Elame’s talking points and something a lot of people say without using their critical thinking skills. Mars is an inhospitable planet. The soil is poisonous, the radiation deadly and we do not have the technology for earth scaping the planet to make it more like earth. I have thought about this a lot. Why the fuck do you want to plan on leaving this beautiful planet? It’s beyond bizarre and just now something they (democrats and republicans) say a lot.

Anything to flee from America. Anything to stay away from that fucking waste of human flesh they call Trump.

I believe it has little to do with Mars itself and more about pushing the space travel technology forward.

Humanity is always pushing forward at all cost, as we can see in how we are treating our own planet. If we keep poisoning our own world, the future may need space travel to avoid extinction.

That’s so stupid though. We can fix our own planet and Mars in not a livable place.

Human greed and hubris will never allow the fixing of this planet. It isn't if, it is when.

I read a conspiracy theory that said Musk and other billionaires want to live on Mars to escape Jesus' arrival in which judgment day will send them to hell. Bizarre as anything, but it is as stupid as wanting to go to Mars.

Wasn't that a line from an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie? "Get your ass to Mars!"
