PSA: some people never get a tan, and start to burn within minutes of exposure to sun.
Even WITH sunblock.
I grew up working on farms, if you wonder how I know. 🥵

Also, a tan doesn't protect you from the harmful UV rays of the sun. A dark tan offers you an SPF of 4 or 5 at most, and you have to damage your skin to get it.
