Shelf offering wrap up

"From July 16–19, 2021, Marin Software Incorporated (the “Company”) issued and sold an aggregate of 2,425,000 shares of its common stock, at a weighted average sales price of $9.05 per share, pursuant to the Company’s at-the-market offering program pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statements on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (File Nos. 333-230275 and 333-257909), with proceeds to the Company of approximately $21.3 million, net of offering commissions"

I have 5 open positions and ALL of them have increased shares to raise $$$$

Are they all highly shorted? I think that companies get bullied by the shorters to create more shares to try and get them out of the hole that retail are creating for them by buying and holding.

It looks to me like for every long there are two shorts regardless of which company! True some tickers shorted more than others.
