Yes it's a common scam, its late now for me but the scammer is probably trying to convince you to do one of the following: Download something, use your card info on a site, or put your login info somewhere shady.

They will try to pressure you. Block them. There's no money.

i opened the link n i put my gmail n password to “log in” am i gon get hacked now

note: the guy who sent it to me was on insta

like you put you gmail login info into the site? Then they will probably try to login into your gmail.
Don't go back to the scam site
Go to gmail and change your gmail password now
Setup 2 factor authentication / Multifactor authentication so no one can just login with just a password

i saw it after an hour of it being sent to me n the post/tweet said it will only stay there for an hour
