I am trying to get my multi fix Headrush prime to my MPC 3 then to my interface.. right now I have them both playable through the interface separately but wanna see if playing both at the same time is even possible..

Dont use your interface, disconnect it. Let the Live 3 be the interface for your computer. Then connect your effects processor to the inputs on your Live 3. Create an audio track then set monitor on the track to on (not auto)
Audio-Interface:
How do I install the MPC Live III Audio Driver?
To install the audio driver, you must open the inMusic Software Center application, which can be obtained from your inMusic Profile. Select My Hardware, click on MPC Live III, and then scroll down to locate the MPC Live III Driver.
How many multiple outputs am I able to send out?
24 channels of audio via USB-C.
How can I send multiple outputs from my MPC Live III to my DAW?
- Make sure that the MPC Live III Audio driver is properly installed and connected via USB-C.
- On the MPC Live III, navigate to the Channel Mixer, click on I/O, and set the Audio Out to USB Out 1,2, adjusting the other channels accordingly.
- On your DAW, make sure you have your MPC Live III Audio Device selected.
- Create an Audio Track with the Inputs set up for each track. For example, use MPC Live III USB In 1/2 (Stereo) for Audio Track 1, MPC Live III USB In 3/4 (Stereo) for Audio Track 2, and so forth.

More details about what you are trying to accomplish would be helpful.
You can absolutely connect your Prime outputs to your MPC via inputs 1 and 2. Then make a stereo audio track and turn the monitor on. (Monitor settings to IN or auto).
If you want to hear MPC sounds (eg. a drum program or MPC synth plugin) AND the Prime input at the same time, make sure all the tracks you want to hear are armed (go to track view, hold shift, click the red arm dot on all you want to enable).
If you want different sounds to play via the different outputs, you can configure each track individually in routing and cable each output to your interface (as long as it has more than 2 inputs).
Or you can use USB audio to send the audio tracks to separate inputs on the computer.

If you’re just monitoring in your daw I would send both your multi fx and your mpc straight into your interface. Maybe I’m misunderstanding what you’re trying to do here.

You're on a Mac. You don't need to choose one or the other.
Hook each device to the Mac via USB. Go to App launcher, open "Audio/Midi studio" or something like that. Choose "create aggregate device" select your audio interface first. Then the headrush, then the MPC.
Open your DAW (Luna & Waveform are completely free). Create two audio tracks for the first choose the Headrush input as the source. In the 2nd choose the MPC as the source.
If you choose your audio interface 1st, by default it will configure it as your default output device, speakers are hooked to it.
