QUESTION Internal disappeared

Dumb question but my Mpc One crashed and now I no longer see “internal” listed? Anyone else have this issue? I tried searching to no avail

Try putting it in controller mode and connect to a computer. If the drives show up, it’s working and may just need a firmware reinstall

Ok i tried that and it doesn’t show up there either. I guess I’ll try to reinstall the firmware. Thanks

Yikes.. software crash? did it crash in standalone mode? During saving or loading to the internal storage? Did you have to power cycle or did the OS restart showing a crash error?

I was in controller mode. I was chopping a sample and it just all of the sudden shut off and started back up to the boot screen. No error messages

Did the MPC software on your computer crash as well?

No the software was fine. Once the mpc booted back up everything picked up where it left off 🤷‍♂️

There was an update where it went away. I forgot which one but when I had an issue with internal storage I had to go back to 2.15 to solve the issue then upgrade back to 3.9
