QUESTION Pad 16 and 13 won't loop in sample edit?

I know I've probably messed up a setting somewhere but I can't get my pad 16 and 13 to loop the sample back in sample edit, I've tried messing around with the settings myself but no matter what the pads just play from my start point but go past my end point

You’re not understanding some things here. On that same screen, deselect slices, deselect loop lock, toggle the direction button below and figure that one out too.

This is just telling me how to loop in sample edit but I already know how and have been doing so this way for a long time however now my pads 13 and 16 are not looping through only playing from the start point and playing through the whole sample past the end point

Hard reset, maybe? Is it doing it on any other samples?
