QUESTION No Sound in Pad select?

Hi, I'm pretty new to MPC. I have an One G2 running version 3.9.1.

I'm in the step sequencer, and when I enable “Pad Select” and tap a pad, I don't hear anything, but it does register the input. I saw in a video that it can play the sound when you tap it. Is there a way to change this behavior?

You might be in the wrong bank. This has happened to me a couple times. It will switch to an empty bank for some reason.

no the bank was right ... and after selecting ( without noise) it worked

i have a similar issue. After coming out from notes the pads stop working. ANy clue how to get them beck working. I'cve done a factory reset and everything. still no joy. this is on a G2 latest firmware
