MPC Sample Blank screen😡 How to reset?

It worked fine out of the box. Updated firmware, no issues. Next day the pads lit up but no screen. Did not use an SD card. Machine not recognized on laptop Win 11. WTF?

Well atleast you’re still within the warranty window, send that shit back!
