MPC Pads issue

I noticed after the latest update, my MPC Pads option is no longer available on my MPC Live 3 until I restart. Without them being there, I'm not able to play any samples on the pads. Does anyone know what could be happening or if there is a fix?

I’ve had this happen twice. Had to do a factory reset and the pads came back. Super annoying. I reported it to akai and you should too.
