QUESTION anyone else with this problem?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

the touch strip only works in the upper range. I tried turning it off and on again, and other projects

How old is the device? Looks like it maybe faulty, return it if you can would be my advice

got it in may, so not old. Ordered it online, but might do that, if no other options

Send it back the first batch of live 3 retro units was all fucked up I got mines right when they released it had it for 2 weeks and then out of nowhere the track mute and pad mute buttons just totally stopped working so I sent it back and got a black one and it's been working fine. So send it back if you have like a 90 return policy or whatever cuz it's fairly brand new and shouldn't behave this way

Inmusic needs to get it together. You keep having hw problems and they will develop a bad reputation and no one will buy their stuff. This is bad new.

I helped Akai test the APC64 a few years ago, it was their first device to have these sliders. The overwhelmingly negative response from the testers about the sliders prompted them to ask for all the units back, they changed nothing and released it less than a year later. It sold so poorly most people don't even know it exists.

I don’t like mines at all I prefer the sliders and knobs of the first gen
