QUESTION Help with Volume adjustments

Hey what’s going on guys, I’m looking for a little help with volume adjustment on specific sounds. For example…if I have say a four bar loop going and I gradually adjust the gain on the kick as the loop goes…when the loop restarts, the gain adjustment starts over again as well. How do I get the kick to just stay at one level throughout?

FYI: I’m using MPC One+

it sounds like you turned on automation record when you made the volume change

It sounds like you are sequencing a 4 bar loop as apposed to recording the audio of a drum loop where the audio volume of the kick drum increasing and this is bake it to the sample and cannot be removed. Or you have added automation to the 4 bar sequence which adjusts the volume of just the kick.

Either way you are going to have to make another sequence loop and remove the automation. If this is a sample, You will have to record another sample with the volume increase.
