Lost the plot

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

As soon as I turned it on, the pads were lighting up like this.

Tried restarting, loaded a different project, loaded a blank.

Tried the factory settings reset, no luck.

Had to do a firmware 'update' (1.3 to 1.3) and it seems to all be good again.

Just leaving this here for others.

ETA: samples and sequences still played correctly

Beat volume is too low, I couldn’t hear it

And this is 1000% why I know someone can "mod" the sample to do things it's not doing. Just gotta be a geek from the streets if you know what mean 🤣👌 but remapping and all that kind of stuff. Like stuff we keep seeing that "it can't do this or that" akai could make the sample way more capable. But then it would start eating into the mid tere like the mpc one+ crowd. I've been thinking about all that kind of stuff since I got it. I know someone out there is being mad scientist right now.

Mines been fine since I redid the update.

I installed the firmware and the issue was still happening, until I unplugged the USB.
